I ordered a chicken nugget meal with a cookies and cream milkshake and ended up with a milkshake with yellow and orange pieces with the milkshake itself clumpy. I got sick and honestly I don’t know if it was mental but I did this is The only and worse Chick-fil-A experience.

This is the 2nd time our order has been wrong and the management acts like they do not want to redo the order. I called the restaurant to let them know my husband was coming back with all the food and we needed it replace it. When I called the Mgr. Aubry said ” they will try their best to replace the missing items”. I’m like what oh no all the items are coming back as this messed up our meal. Grill Chicken nuggets were missing, our sandwiches had pickles, and were hard and smashed looking. We ordered the sandwiches without pickles. I asked her replace the milkshakes and drinks. The milkshakes not melty were for after the meal and the softdrinks were to drink with our meal are melt. My husband was a restaurant Mgr for over 20 yrs and never treated anyone like this. I was a dining room supervisor and if the person called, had a receipt, returned the food they got the meal and drinks replaced. My husband today felt like Chick-fil-A thought he was trying to get free food after we paid $49.35 for a meal thst was not correct.

We all know chick fil a has better quality and service than any other fast food place and that doesn’t change here. Just don’t use the mobile drive through order here. It’s way faster to use the normal drive through at this location. They have an entire lane dedicated to it and I waited twice as long as everyone in the normal drive through line just to get a milkshake. If it’s gonna be that slow then they should just have two normal drive through lanes instead of one of each

Awesome Chick fil a location. Huge parking parking lot and dining room. It also has a big outside eating area. If you’re in Louisville and want a Chick fil a experience with less of a wait come here. This is a new store so it is not as busy… yet!

DO NOT USE MOBILE ORDERING!! Always SO slower than the regular line no matter how long the regular line looks! Trust me! At least a dozen cars in regular line have gone thru while I’ve waited with a car in front of me as well. Just found out when I checked in at the speaker, Whoever was behind the speaker didn’t turn my order in so now I’ve been waiting another 10 minutes for them to make my order and accuse me of not checking in at the speaker.
