I’m very disappointed with the service at this Chick-fil-A location. The order takers really need better training on listening to understand, not just listening to respond.
Ed B. took our order, and from the beginning there were issues. He repeatedly repeated back the wrong order. We ordered a sausage English muffin, and he kept saying biscuit. When we corrected him, he told me this was Chick-fil-A and that they don’t sell muffins. I then pointed to Number 5 on the menu and asked him what type of bread that was. He said “English muffin.” I responded, “Yes, that’s what I want.”
Despite this, when we got to the front, he had never corrected the order, and we still received a biscuit. This caused even more delay while the order had to be fixed. To add insult to injury, our name was also incorrect on the order.
Overall, this was very disappointing service. I expect better communication and attention to detail, especially when a customer is clearly explaining and confirming their order

The staff is friendly as always but the wait is long in the morning. They don’t start their curbside as soon as they open like other locations so you have to wait a bit. Its inconvenient when you’re trying to grab something at 8am before taking the kids to school or before work. Most people work a 9-5 and most schools start at 8. Aside from that, its consistent with the other ones.

The employees act like McDonald’s employees at this location, and the kitchen is extremely slow, its not uncommon to wait 15 minutes for food in-store even if slow and getting the employees attention is difficult to because they seem to pawn off greeting customers to each other, the problem with this is no one does it.
The outdoor drive thru is like a normal Chick-fil-A but nothing else about this place meets normal Chick-fil-A standards the 3 closest Chick-fil-A to this one are far better in every aspect.
I drive 5 miles out of my way to avoid this one.

Today I dined in one of the lobby employee Cal was asking everyone do they want a peppermint and a refill. The gentleman walked right past me I guess I had to look that I didn’t eat peppermints or need a refill isn’t that ironic He apologize after a customer said she wants a peppermint I don’t need a peppermint just treat me equal. Somethings will never change.

I’ve been a 5 star dasher for years and this is the only fast food restaurant that consistently treats me like a criminal as I help them make money. The non Christian fast food restaurants don’t behave this way. I will not longer be helping you make money. I’d rather help restaurants that treat me with respect.
