One time the chicken tenders tasted like car oil. Not sure if the oil was burnt or old. I couldn’t even force myself to finish them. Then I has to spit my coffee, because I felt coffee grounds in the cup. It was so gross….. Other than that, the staff is always nice as always.

Their prices are rising, not surprisingly but the quality of the salads is going down. Apart from using cabbage as a filler there are now bits of rotten salad leaves in them. Really unfortunate as they were the Best fresh and fast prepared salads hands down! Even the Spotlessly clean has now turned into floor debris evident. Used to be a spotless place no matter how busy. Was the Most tasty n tender chicken in town. As for management asking customers how is their meal that’s missing too. Used to be Always polite and caring.

Only giving it a 2 because I’ve had good experiences here before, but today was awful. I was waiting at the register for a pick up and multiple patrons kept coming up and were being assisted with refills and sauces changes before me. When I began counting, 6 people were helped ahead of me despite me being there first AND at the counter. The worst service I’ve seen at Chick-fil-a thus far.

Stood at the counter ordered a small fry. After I ordered I was completely ignored. They bagged my fries and just sat them on the counter all the young teens working front counter just laughing and carrying on. I walked in because I was like
This will definitely be faster than waiting in drive thru for just a small fry. Dang that was super annoying when I got my fries cold of course stuff like that bothers me because you see me standing there and all the employees just ignore me like what???? lol

Sooo busy! But since expanding the dinning area it’s a better option if you do dine in. Still Chick-Fil-A has is down when it comes to service, quality food, and atmosphere.

Second time this month and my classic sandwich always missing, sure they say come back and you get it for free not kidding if I already paid for it, but that’s not the point tho, the thing is one of my kids don’t get to eat, like really? Perhaps I should tried a different chain food.

They closed at 830 tonight due to one inch of snow fall. They were supposed to be open till 10 pm. There were no signs on the door or through the drive thru saying they were closed. I had to wait ten minutes to get someone’s attention. The team leader didn’t seem to care whatsoever.
