food was room temperature and tasted like it was sitting for a long time, The only reason I am deciding to write a review is because we were sitting down eating our meal and the Employee came and started sweeping directly under my chair and hitting my feet with the broom.
I think that is very disgusting and disrespectful to be sweeping right under your customers while they are eating and especially touching them with a broom.
I also had sandals on and that made it even more disgusting. I think it is common decency to wait until the customer is finished eating.

Today is my first visit to Chick-fil-A after years of seeing their commercials on television. I had a spicy chicken sandwich that was both delicious and spicy, as well as waffle fries that I had never seen before.

I had a great experience. The food was delivered to our table quickly, and it was hot and fresh. I did have to wait a little for my second milkshake, but that’s it. It was a good experience.

They did not say my pleasure one time. They made their pleasure to make it the most inconvenient for me to get my food possible. There was minimal water on the ground and because it was cold , they closed the restaurant. My vehicle is too big to go for the drive through and I ordered on the app. They Made a big deal about bringing the food out to me to get it.

I never thought I’d be a kale salad guy, but Chick-Fil-A’s Kale salad is amazing and satisfying every time!! It makes me feel good inside; with just a few mouthfuls, I’m changing my world.

Very pleasantly surprised about this one. Lot of places have closed down around Greenville. City seems to going down hill. Clean, helpful employees, and the food was very good. A new eating spot for sure!

I am a huge fan, not of the food so much as the customer service, or so I thought until this morning. My first time going there for breakfast and it was a fiasco. Waited almost 5 minutes to get up to the speaker to order, then had to wait 4 minutes before anyone even talked to me. When they finally did, it was to tell to me to give them a few minutes.. Told her absolutely not to which her reply was “my pleasure”…say what? I then attempted to get out of the drive thru. The way their drive thru is set up, you are basically held hostage. I had to wait another almost 10 minutes to get out of the drive thru line and two cars were still ahead of me not to mention the car that came into the mobile app order lane while I was waiting to order was still there. Needless to say I won’t be back. Bless the new bypass, can get my breakfast when I get Cleveland.

I like Chick-fil-A, but I am supposed to eat grilled rather than fried. The grill sandwich is good but not as good as fried. The grilled chicken egg white breakfast sandwich was disappointing. Love their lemonade.
