This Chickfila’s staff is not like others they are sassy, gossipy and rude. During our hospital stay I had multiple orders take 6+ minutes to be done, and was just met with glares not apologies. I went to get milkshakes 30 minutes+ before closing and they were cleaning the machines and told me I couldn’t get one.

Ordered from this Chick-fil-a located inside the Jackson General Hospital. Overall the food was great. We did order online and did were missing two fries from our order. Hopefully they will double-check orders before handing them to the customer next time.

Made an order, watched our server tell the cooks to just switch what cheese was on the sandwich when the wrong one was put on, waited 15 minutes and watched people order after us get their food first, then still managed to give us not only the wrong sandwiches, but also the wrong cheeses, as well as the wrong size fries. The subway next door may taste like cardboard, but at least it doesn’t taste like incompetence.

We ordered a medium tray of chicken strips in the morning, and they were ready when I arrived. I was in the restaurant a total of 2 mins. Service was friendly and efficient while the food itself was hot, crisp and juicy. Thanks, Chick-fil-A!!

We visited the Chick-fil-A inside Jackson Madison General Hospital several times, while my dad was in the hospital. Staff is very nice and friendly and the food was great. Far less expensive than the hospital cafeteria.

They do not have online order, they do not allow the use of app points, and they do not even allow earning of points for meals you buy there. They also do not accept gift cards. As a hospital worker with a 30 min lunch break, it would be nice to place the order online and not wait in line, as well as earn points. If there is a line, I have no choice but to leave because I cannot wait a long while. There is no reason for that either. I often choose the Subway right next door because I can order ahead on their app, but I cannot with this Chick-fil-A. The restaurant is stuck in the past. There is also a below average dining area that is rarely clean either.

Customer service at this location in JMCGH is rather depressing. The staff has let other customers order from behind me in line and completely ignored myself on a handful of occasions now. I feel like this 1-star rating is quite liberal.
