Tampa Bay Food Tours always welcomes a new dining option in Tampa Bay — and Boteco do Manolo – Tampa is a lively addition to the scene. The restaurant opened in summer 2025 at Citrus Park Town Center Mall, bringing a taste of Brazilian boteco culture to the area.
The space is impressive: 6,800 square feet, seating for nearly 300 guests, a striking 360° central bar, and a dedicated area for music and performances, all designed to create a fun, celebratory atmosphere.
The ownership and operating team has strong ties to Brazilian culture, which shines through in the energy of the restaurant — especially on weekends, when music and dancing help bring the space to life.
As you can see from the photos, both of our visits happened during quieter periods. The menu is extensive, and we especially enjoyed the empanadas, croquettes and black bean soup we sampled.

It was great to get to know this new location of Boteco do Manolo in Tampa, we’ve been at the one in Orlando only. The beer as always were very great and cold, the men loved it. The service and atmosphere are great. The food whatsoever, didn’t make us feel very good after all. We felt sick in the stomach during the night…. But, overall, it was a good experience!

I absolutely loved my experience at Boteco do Manolo! The atmosphere is warm, lively, and so inviting, the kind of place where you just want to stay for hours.
I went with my friends, and we were lucky to be served by Diego, who was incredibly polite, friendly, and attentive the whole time.
Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious, exceeding our expectations. We had heard so many great things about this place and decided to check it out ourselves… and we were not disappointed.

I have visited the Orlando location restaurant, for about 6 yrs, and when the one in Tampa was about to open, I was invited to come and check it out!

Its dinning-room is rather spacious, the service is quality is just as good as the one in Orlando.
Some of the serving staff whom had seen me in Orlando, recognized me and made me feel welcome. That was very nice.
However, if you are in the Tampa area, have done some shopping, are hungry and desire some good Brazilian cuisine and friendly yet professional service, visit “BOTECO do Manolo &Marcelo”.

Delicious food served family style! Full portion is 8 steaks and half portion is 4 which is plenty for 2-4 people. There is a $5 cover charge per person added to the check for the live musician. Guarana is $6 per can, caipirinhas are $16 and beer tower for $38. Overall great atmosphere and great Brazilian food will be back!

We had our end of the year work party here and we absolutely loved it! The staff was accommodating and kind. The portions of food served family style were beyond generous and a great time was had! Thank you to you all, specially Fabio and Matheus!

First time I came I did not ask for receipt but i paid $400 . Second time I came the bill was the same amount and this time I asked for the receipt, I found out that the natural juices are $10, who would have thought ? , I don’t know about you guys but I think this is really really expensive and to be honest the juices are not even tasty or good, just water and no sugar , they also charge you for a cover . $5 per adult because of the live music , they do not disclose you this, they just put it on your ticket so be aware. If you are coming just to eat and drink beer you should be fine but if you are coming with kids and choose natural drinks then be ready to pay that much.
