This place was so amazing. When I first came in I was welcomed with a smile. The person Ms. Lindsay who was taking my order was very kind to me and I can tell she is a hard worker and works hard as a manager. The wait time also wasn’t bad me and my family got our food quick. I had the grilled wrap and it tasted so good. The sitting area was also so clean the tables were whipped and the chairs too. The bathrooms were also really clean. Overall I give this atmosphere a 10/10, the service 10/10, and Ms. Lindsay a 10/10

It has been nearly two years since I last visited Chick-fil-A after my family experienced food poisoning from the Millington, TN location. We decided to give it another try at the Munford, TN location tonight around 6:00 PM and ordered dinner for four through the drive-through.
There were no issues with the team member who took our order. However, when we reached the pickup window, we were instructed to drive to the front of the building, park, and turn on our hazard lights. After waiting approximately 7–10 minutes without any update, I went inside to check on the status of our order.
A team member asked for my name and then consulted a manager. The manager began looking for the order, only to discover it had been sitting at the drive-through window ready for pickup. She brought the food to me and asked if I needed a bag, but there was no acknowledgment or apology for the delay or confusion.
The staff appeared disorganized, and the lack of communication and customer service was disappointing. This was the first Chick-fil-A location I have visited that felt inefficient. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet the level of service I typically associate with the brand.

My biggest issue at the location, is it is for most, isn’t really the food- rather the service. I’ve heard so many horror stories about this new restaurant already. I have met some of the people in charge, and they are fantastic. The owner is wonderful and very personable. However, the managers are the real issue. They are snarky and entitled and treat their employees horribly. I’ve had personally encounters with some of the managers here at my place of work and they were just simply rude people!!!! If you hate everyone why do you work in a customer service job? Not to mention some of the girls who work there. There are a few really sweet girls- particularly the ones working in the morning, but the girls on the clock in the evening act like teenage brats- that’s exactly what they are. They are rude and have been extremely rude to my parents when they have come in. They also don’t seem to attend to anyone in the cafe. I came in here for my lunch break one day, and I stood at the counter waiting for someone to take my order while the 50 workers who were in the front just stared at me while doing others random tasks. It’s pretty ridiculous. I felt extremely unwelcome, and that’s the worst feeling ever. If some management changes and some rules get updated, this could be a great place.

Ordered spicy chicken deluxe sandwich meal lettuce came out brown and slimy, took it up to counter and she gave me new lettuce but it had a black bug on it!

We went here for breakfast one morning while visiting family in Atoka Tennessee. This is a new location and this one was built right. Large parking lot and clearly marked for direction of flow. The store is clean inside and out, as all chick filas are. The food came to our table really quick and was fresh and hot. Everyone here was awesome and helpful.
This location has a play place for the kiddos and we even had a visit from Santa cow while we were there eating breakfast. The only down sideways i cant bring this store to where I live in Oklahoma. Awesome restaurant and super team.

Having not been open for two days, the staff is doing a great job!
Alfonzo knows how to hire a good team! The staff were very friendly, and the line moved fast. My food came out hot and was delicious! I don’t understand the complaints. I’ll choose Chick-Fil-A Munford any day over the other fast food places around here where the service and food are lacking.

Moving Forward
My brother bought me lunch today. He ordered the chicken wraps with condiments along with a fruit parfait. He assumed the bag had condiments and the nuts that go with the fruit parfait. So once he brought it to me I noticed that the items were not in there so I called the manager. The first person who answered said she was one of the managers however she passed the phone along to someone else to listen to me explain again in a professional manner the mishap and failed to fix the issue. Nowadays food is very expensive perhaps in a couple of months we will try to give business to them again once The Kinks has been worked out. This place of business is far from being business savvy compared to Millington Chick-fil-because they try to make everything right.

I am so glad to have a chick fil a closer to me but the spicy deluxe chick fil a sandwich was way to greasy to where the bun was falling off. Millington never is this greasy. Also they gave me fried nuggets when I ordered grilled which I am not going to complain.

It was the first time I’d been to a Chick-fil-A. I walked in, so I could read their menu, without holding up the drive thru.
I ordered the grilled chicken club with waffle fries and nuggets. After I stood there waiting for my order, for over 10 minutes, someone finally asked me about my order. I told her they hadn’t called my name, or order number, yet. After she looked around she found my order sitting on the Mobile App Orders shelf.
After sitting on the shelf, for almost 10 minutes, the waffle fries were already cold, hard and inedible. I mentioned that the fries were cold, but the girl just looked at me with disgust and walked away. When I got home a few minutes later everything was cold. I heated it in the microwave, so the fries were now hot, hard and inedible.
The grilled chicken club’s description said it came with lettuce, tomato and mayo on it. When I opened the box there was no mayo on my sandwich. I found a squeeze pack of mayo in the bottom of the bag. I had assumed from the description that the mayo would already be on the sandwich, I didn’t know I would have to put the mayo on my sandwich, myself.
This was my first and my last time at Chick-fil-A. It was a horrible first experience.
