I stopped here for a quick breakfast before heading to Dollywood. I only had to wait behind 1 person at the counter. All the staff were super friendly and checked on us during the meal. I ordered the hasbrown scramble bowl with sausage. I normally get chicken and I do have to say that the chicken is better. I added the salsa on top of it and also extra hash browns. To drink I ordered the diet lemonade. Overall this was a great experience and I definitely recommend coming to this location.

The first Chick Fil A we have visited in East Tennessee that holds to the traditional values of the founder.
All the staff was very nice and courteous, when we waited longer than a few minutes for our food they apologized, they came and checked on us to make sure we were doing okay and even thanked us as we walked out the door.
Truly amazing and very much appreciated. Keep up the good work.

Can’t ever go wrong with Chick-fil-A – it is a really safe choice when you need something quick on vacation and want to opt for fast food. Friendly and fast service made even faster with mobile ordering. My large diet lemonade was super light on ice so it was quite warm at first, but it evened out eventually.

My sandwich was wrong, I asked for a receipt and was told it would be in the bag did not get the spicy Crispy chicken deluxe.. also the drink is 3/4 full and too much traffic to turn around and go back over a sandwich. I guess I’ll just eat it. Thanks

I always make a point of visiting Chick-fil-A whenever I’m in the States — you can always count on great food and excellent service. Tonight was no exception! Sunshine did an amazing job navigating my Scottish accent (with a little help from Ariana), and both were funny, friendly, and incredibly welcoming. Kaleb was wonderfully attentive throughout our meal, checking in to make sure everything was perfect. The food was piping hot and absolutely delicious. A brilliant experience all round!

Went for breakfast, food was good and service was quick. This Chick-fil-A does not have a separate mobile though line like others I have been to. The staff were pleasant and kind as always. Conveniently located next to the Walmart which is nice.

I’m disappointed!!!
This place needs an inspection. Not only did my child get sick after eating regular macaroni and cheese, but my husband and I also got food poisoning. This was the first and last time we ate there. Now, regarding the children’s area inside, why doesn’t the manager of this place notice the smells or the condition of that room? Children of all ages play there, right?! And there was such a smell there yesterday, as if there was no fresh air at all in that room. I’ve been disappointed lately with both the food and the service of this restaurant chain.

Wonderful food as usual. This location has a smaller dining room, a very, very small play area, and parking is limited. However, drive through service was very fast as was the dine in service. Still worth the effort!

Quick, clean, friendly service! Great quality! I ordered two chik fil a biscuits, an OJ, and hashbrowns. Everything was very tasty! Hashbrowns were crisp and fresh, biscuits we’re light and fluffy! And for less than $13… Can’t beat it!
