Went through the drive thru st 10:2_ ordered chicken biscuit and 1 order of minis 12 count nuggets meal and spicy chicken sandwich. They have me an extra chicken sandwich and they did not give me the nuggets. I told the girl taking my money that they weren’t there and she made me pay for another nuggets, because they did not put that on the order. The girl helping me with my money is not the one who gave me the “nuggets ” i had just ordered. I did not look at what they gave me and when i handed it to my son when i went to pick him up, it was another 4 count minis. Why is it so hard to give people what they order?

Just had a curbside order. Watched the kid walk in and out of the building with our food 3 times. Then another man walks out with our food but no drinks, says they’ll be out in a minute. 10 mins still no drinks. Went inside to ask for them and waited 5 mins before anyone said anything to me. About a dozen employees in there just talking, standing around, looking at me, and not actually working. Very disappointed, especially considering Chick-fil-a is usually top service. Food was cold and stale by the time we got to eat it. Hopefully just a bad night, but very disappointing. Please fix it!

This location is a bit difficult to navigate, due to the busy highway and limited parking lot access (and no traffic light), but it is altogether TOP TIER! The food is outstanding, as expected. The staff is obviously well-trained, again – as expected.
A notable mention: Chick-fil-A separates hot items from cold items, which is much appreciated.

This is easily the worst one in town. They are super slow and the only chick-fil-a I’ve ever had to check my order before I leave every time. This morning I get 3 meals, received 3 drinks, 3 hash browns, 2 entrees lol. Didn’t receive any straws and I asked for sauce and I got zero sauce! Easily the worst one in the area

I have never had a bad experience at Chic fil a but tonight was a different story. Ordered via drive thru, everything was fine besides being out of one item, also fine. We paid, then waited 20 mins for our food, while the teenage employees laughed and played by the drive thru opening. We live 45 mins away in Monore County. Get home only to find that we were given the incorrect items and the fries are so hard I could break glass. I’m just really disappointed, I really wanted chic fil a tonight.

Everything was great as usual, but at the end of my visit I got up to take a picture of my sister and brother in law in front of the Valentine’s Day display they have set up. We had not cleared our table yet and we’re going to come back and throw our trash away, but a CFA employee beat us to it and we watched as she neatly stacked the napkins that look “clean” and then she walked over to the new napkin bin and put them back in the unused napkin dispenser. I can understand putting unused sealed sauce containers in the unused bin but napkins is completely inappropriate. I guess I will need to ask for unopened napkins going forward I did not think that was necessary but evidently it is necessary.

It’s a major bummer that this location won’t give pup cups. Yesterday I asked if I could buy a side of whip cream for my 13 year old German Shepherd who was in the car and very excited. I was told no, they don’t put a price on whip cream. It’s ok if you don’t want to give away free stuff, but at least have an option to let customers purchase a treat for their dog. Dairy Queen across the street was happy to give her a pup cup with real ice cream. I guess they’ll be our go to from now on.

this is the slowest chick fil a ever. I’ve been coming here since opening and in the past year they have declined significantly. This chick-fil-a used to be packed to the road and would run smoothly. Now it takes 40+ minutes to get out.

Chick-fil-a has always been a great place to grab a quick bite to eat. Everytime ive eaten here the service has always been good and very quick . They have never messed my food up and I have eaten here alot . Definitely one of the best fast foods around maryville.
