I stopped here for breakfast while traveling home. I went inside and got my order to go. I ordered two scrambled eggs and 5 nuggets in a bowl. The food was fresh and hot. They went beyond “just getting it done” to going the extra step to cut up my nuggets. (Which I hadn’t thought to ask for!) The price was great. The staff was polite, friendly, and quick. The restaurant was clean, as was the ladies’ room. I’d go back if I lived in the area. Thanks Justin for running a great restaurant and thank you team for making my visit a great visit.

Okay, so this was my first time trying a chick -fil-a. So not sure why everyone thinks this is so great..I told the person this was my first time trying this, so one would expect to kinda be shown the process. Do these things really come with no condiments? Nothing for the dry fries? No dipping sauce for the nuggets? I can now officially say I’ve tried it. And I wouldn’t be doing it again. Unbelievable that people actually think this is something special!

Food is mediocre compared to other chick fil an around the US. This one has missed orders often. Ask for spicy you get regular. If you want lemonade you get sprite. That kind of thing. Nice workers. But idk I’ve been here a lot while traveling for work. The food even taste bland compared to other ones.

My family and I were traveling home from the holidays and this was a refreshing stop. All the staff were extremely friendly and efficient. Special shout out to Maria at the counter. She was so friendly and answered all our questions on the new specials. The building was clean even though it was busy. I could tell the entire staff was working hard to give their customers a good experience. Definitely will try to visit again!

Another swing and miss .Can’t tell you how many times my order has been messed up It takes at least 20 minutes to fix. Old Chick-fil-A used to actually apologize and actually try to fix wasting your time But now they are hellbent on just racking in money that the service has so hard fallen . One thing noticeable is that through this review page Chick-fil-A likes to respond with excuses to their loyal customers instead of taking responsibility and creating resolutions . Real sad to see . consistently a bad experience. the only CFA I have been to where every other time my order is completely wrong. tonight was the last straw for me. i won’t go back. Just got home to eat my food and everything is grilled. Don’t stop here just go to a different location or zaxbys.

I never make reviews and I always enjoy eating here, but when I was getting my food, in the drive thru, what seemed to be a manager(pretty heavy set male) got in front of the younger girl at the window. He told her she needed to hurry up and grabbed my food and quite aggressively handed it to me while saying my name. Now like whatever people have bad days, but since he was rushing I didn’t get my sauce. Chick-fil-A is almost inedible without the sauce Pretty disappointing

My husband (Stephen Ruppel) have been faithful diners in this store since the day it opened. We are there at least twice a week. We usually do breakfast and what a pleasure it is. Joe(manager) and Katy are God sent. Joe takes the time to always come out behind the counter to shake our hands and he is generally concerned with us. He knows our name, where we live, and always has a big smile for us. Katy is the same, a big smile, knows our order by heart. They are the reason we keep going back. They have both been there since the restaurant opened. Unfortunately, 11-3-25 we missed breakfast and decided to go for dinner. Wow what a change. It was around 4:30 pm. Afternoon crew was there. We walked in ( they were not busy) their were 3 young teenagers standing with theirs backs to the door. They never turned around. Kept talking. I said good afternoon. One turned around (wish I had gotten her name). No smile, no what can I help you with…only dine in or carry out. Ok, we order, and ask for for a senior drink. That blew her mind. She didn’t know what that was. So I told her. We paid cash and when it came time to count my change back..,she must hit something on the register. It didn’t tell her my change amount. I had to tell her how much money to give me back. Really sad our young people can’t count change. I ask if Joe and Katy had gone home? Her reply “I guess”. Anyway we got our food, it was fast and good, the gentleman that delivered the bag was friendly. I was disappointed in the front counter. I have never been so unimportant in there before. I started to call Joe but I didn’t want to bother him at home. So here’s story. The breakfast crew are fabulous. They all need a BIG raise. Thank you Joe, Katy and all of them. Because of them and great food we will always go back….just not afternoons.
