Usually this is the best Chick-fil-a around, but our last visit was awful. The initial cashier couldn’t figure out how to add the frosted Dr. Pepper so another cashier took her place. When we got receipt, we saw it was never added to the order. They never asked what sauce we wanted for our chicken strips. They eventually ordered the frosted Dr. Pepper and it was awful. The floor was sticky and the French fries were soggy. The entire experience was awful. I recommend visiting any other chick fil a in the tri cities but this one.

All of you deserve a raise or a bonus at least . Your location is the friendliest and fastest in the Tri Cities. I went through the drive-thru on a Friday at noon and was out of there in less than 5 minutes! Y’all are the best

Ordered a ton of food for my office. They delivered most of it but was missing some. My receipt showed I paid for it, they said they didn’t see it. Never got our food, so several people went without lunch. We get lunch for our office many, MANY times from this location. I have no idea why they would choose to treat us this way this time. Really bad business choice. They are normally so good, but why in the world they did this is beyond me. We simply cannot trust them anymore, so moving our lunch spot to another place from now on.
UPDATE: As seen below, now the location wants to help, however this was easily solved at the time and was not. It should not require a bad review for a company to treat their customers right. I will not be wasting my time calling or visiting, I will simply know that they cannot be trusted to do what’s right unless a bad review is made public.

Of course, if I visit 1 time or a million times, you just can’t go wrong at Chick-fil-A. Today though, I was fortunate enough to meet a beautiful, young spirit by the name of ASPEN. Aspen was so pleasant, so kind, and so precious, I had to speak to a manager just so I could explain to him just how important Aspen is. Aspen actually spoke to me with compassion, love, and absolute professionalism. Aspen alone is why I would come back here. Aspen, you are a blessing from GOD, thank you for being an angel here on earth.

I have had many cases of DoorDash orders being incomplete, incorrect, or otherwise wrong. I wanted to take a moment to brag on this location. I have ordered from them many times, including catering. Whether in-person, in the drive-through, via DoorDash, or catering, everything has been absolutely perfect every. single. time. In a time where it seems like companies don’t care anymore, it is so refreshing to know that Chick-fil-A still holds to the utmost standards of quality and customer care.
