This Chick-fil-A has officially become my absolute favorite and my go-to spot, especially since I work right at the hospital down the street. Every single visit feels like a breath of fresh air during a busy workday. The staff are consistently kind, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help—service here is truly top tier and it shows.
Lunch breaks can be stressful, but stopping here is honestly refreshing in a way that’s hard to explain. From the speed and accuracy to the warm smiles, they make you feel appreciated every time. I even received a little gift card for a free item just for placing my first mobile order, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected touch.
On top of that, they are incredibly involved with the community—hosting adorable events like a stuffed animal “sleepover,” which is just the sweetest idea and shows how much they care about families and kids.
This establishment truly deserves all the praise. They go above and beyond, and it’s clear they take pride in what they do. Thank you for making my lunch breaks better every single time! ❤️

I’m not sure what’s going on here but I get the Kale Crunch salad at least once a week. Lately the container has been 1/2 full. I’m paying $4.09 for $.25-.$.50 worth of kale, at least fill up the small container. I called and spoke to Tim who graciously gave me a replacement but it was the same as the one I called about. It’s delicious but it has just not been worth $4.09 lately with the reduced portion. Please fix this issue .

Max and Joseph…. We did not even make it through the drive through lane or get our food before we started writing this review. They were so awesome, very kind, fun, and willing to help. You could tell their attitudes were genuine and not forced customer service. Made our Chick-fil-A experience great!!!! Telling all our friends- we will be back just for them. Please continue scheduling them together because they bring a great environment 🙂

This is the first Google review I’ve ever left without someone asking me to do so. The gentleman who seemed to be running the show did not fancy himself above taking orders. His politeness and hospitality was truly the best I’ve ever seen in any restaurant. But it went much deeper than just food service. It seemed genuine. Alive. Like it wasn’t just the leftovers of his duties at work, but it was truly something he felt deep in his heart was important. After I sat down, this gorgeous brunette woman came out and brought me my order. Her eyes… I can’t explain it… they shared a message. I got the sense that she was weary from the heaviness of the world and it’s cruelties, yet she was not overcome by it. There was a hope I saw in her face; a hope that you don’t see every day. If that wasn’t enough, the older woman cleaning the trays by the drinks asked me if I would like a cup of water, as I had not ordered a beverage. Not wanting to inconvenience her, I told her I would be just fine. But she insisted and proceeded to stop what she was doing to bring me a cup of water. I’m truly blown away by the culture of this particular restaurant. I’ve been to many Chick-fil-A stores. They’re all very nice and courteous, but this was beyond mere courtesy. I know this company is a Christian based company, but this was more than just sharing a set of religious values. There was something so deep and real that I have no explanation except to believe they were filled with Jesus Christ and the Holy Ghost. I’m going back for the life that they are living! Who needs chicken anyway.

Absolutely never again !!! Power went out as I was stuck in drive – thru. Waited 30 minutes for them to tell me i just cant get ice cream and fries. After telling the lady my order, she then proceeds to tell me nevermind thay they ran out of food. I then had to wait another 15 minutes in the drive – thru for a total 45 minutes for absolutely nothing. Excellent service chick – fil – a .

This is the third time the wrong order has been delivered. And I only get a $1.71 refund. The tag is correct, but the order is wrong. Maybe someone is putting the food in the bag wrong. Ordered large half-half tea lemonade with light ice. Got a small diet lemonade with extra ice. Ordered nuggets with buffalo and Polynesian sauce, go BBQ. It’s just annoying when I’m at work looking forward to a good lunch. And again, they deliver the wrong thing.

Edited down to 1 star. This place gets worse as time goes on since covid. Sat at the drive thru speaker while they took 3 orders on the left… I ordered in app. As soon as I drive up and the next person pulled up they came on speaker. Last straw for this location. This is the worst chic fli a out of the 50 or so I’ve been to. Go to Johnson City Crossing down the street, worth the drive and managed propery. This is why your parking lot is empty and the other location isn’t.

In my are this is my go to Chick-fil-a restaurant. Even when they are crowded and busy, they are very quick and efficient. The food and service is always top notch. The recent remodel on the inside makes the restaurant look and feel more open. It seems as if the owner and staff of this restaurant are extremely community oriented and involved.

Very clean and um… almost excessively friendly staff. Which I suppose is a good thing. I love that they ask you about condiments and bring orders to your table also. Nice touch for a chicken place. The food always tastes fresh and well prepared. I came in because the drive through looked like chaos, but from the window it was actually moving pretty quickly. I got the tortilla soup and it was exploding with flavor! Well kept and well staffed, that’s what I love to see.
