In my are this is my go to Chick-fil-a restaurant. Even when they are crowded and busy, they are very quick and efficient. The food and service is always top notch. The recent remodel on the inside makes the restaurant look and feel more open. It seems as if the owner and staff of this restaurant are extremely community oriented and involved.

My daughter had a baby in June and baby JoJo was in the NICU for 3 weeks. Now we have to bring baby JoJo to Johnson City Tennessee once a week to see her speech therapist and orthodontist because she has a cleft pallet. We are unfortunate as to live at home we have no Chick-fil-A in our town. So now, once a week we get to indulge and chicken sandwiches and waffle fries. And I don’t know about anyone else but we like? NO KETCHUP NEEDED, Chick-fil-A sauce is the only sauce in our eyes (and mouth ). WE LUV COWS!!!!!

Very clean and um… almost excessively friendly staff. Which I suppose is a good thing. I love that they ask you about condiments and bring orders to your table also. Nice touch for a chicken place. The food always tastes fresh and well prepared. I came in because the drive through looked like chaos, but from the window it was actually moving pretty quickly. I got the tortilla soup and it was exploding with flavor! Well kept and well staffed, that’s what I love to see.

They screw up my order here more than any other Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. Not happy when I spend most of my break sitting in line and then my order isn’t even taken properly and I don’t have time to return. Ordered a meal and they don’t give me the fries. Another time I ordered a chicken biscuit through the app and I received sausage? Not sure how that happens.

Ordered online at my table, food came super quick. Great service, clean restrooms and dining area. Friendly people good food, never had an issue at this or any chik fil a. Parkinglots kinda crazy, and if you come from exit 23, its a trek across town, but if that’s the only negative I can come up with. Then rest assure this place is 5 stars. Heaven knows I’m picky and brutally honest. Two thumbs up for this location
