I would like to recognize Sophia! (I believe is her name) Sophia took my order in the drive thru and took my customer experience to the next level. Sophia maintained consistent eye contact, remained detail-oriented throughout, and completely exemplified the “second-mile” service that Chick-Fil-A is known for. As a former leader with Chick-Fil-A, these are the exact qualities I recognize each time I come through these locations. Sophia is a rising star, as is the rest of the team! Well done!

Second time ordering using the mobile thru and 6 cars were helped that had pulled up behind us. And during that time every single employee walked past us with a shitty face not saying anything to take the food to the people who came after. Then when I asked after 20 min what was going on the girl stated “and you checked in?” So yall would just let someone sit there for 20 min before helping them when you have 17 people standing in drive thru staring every way but the way of helping someone. Last time I’m spending 60 dollars to be treated like im an issue.

I can not BELIEVE that I am writing a negative review about chick fil a! I asked my husband to order this sandwich meal exactly how I listed it. He informs me that after he got this meal he noticed that a grilled piece of chicken instead of fried was on the sandwich. I asked if he could go back and ask them to give me a fried filet instead. He just got back home and I see that it is STILL grilled chicken. They also did not add my chick fil a sauce in the bag. Highly disappointed! Maybe it was an error/mistake when the server took the order, but to not even fix it..highly dissatisfying. At least they put the correct cheese on it though.

Unless specified, I get a deluxe w/ no cheese no pickle.
04/28/21 – hash brown scramble bowl w/ grilled filet. Loved it, really good portion of chicken vs egg vs hash brown. Cheesy goodness. Coffee could use a little more coffee, but I am not a sweet sweet person, so personal choice, otherwise really good.

04/07/21 – found a small bone in my chicken. But taste and everything else = perfection
04/05/21 – sandwich was perfect. But paid $5.50 for a gallon of Unsweetened tea, and they gave me sweet.

03/24/21- used points for free food, get the app! It’s Awesome!

Love this place! The line may look long but it moves quickly! In the (way to many)times I’ve been here, I’ve not had a bad experience employee wise. The only negative is during rush hour(crubside) I’ve gotten the wrong bag a couple times, but it is fixed right away when I bring it to their attention.I am a forever chick-fil-a customer!
