Had a fantastic experience at Chick-fil-A today. The food was fresh, the restaurant was spotless, and the whole place ran like a well-oiled machine—but what really stood out was the customer service.
A redheaded employee named Cormac House was genuinely one of the nicest, most helpful people I’ve run into in a long time. He greeted us with a big smile, was super patient while we decided, and made sure everything was correct (and quick!) without ever making it feel rushed. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and actually cares that customers have a good experience.
Cormac turned a normal stop for food into a really pleasant visit. Give that guy a raise—he’s the kind of employee that keeps people coming back.

Grateful for this Chick-fil-A’s support of our community! Asked for donations for a fundraiser, and their operator got back to me very quickly and was happy to support our school! Of course, our family always enjoys eating here too – food is delicious, and it is a great place to go as a family or meet friends. Glad it is in our neighborhood!

This place is awful. They frequently forget your food in the drive thru and won’t answer the phone to make it right, they like stealing your money. They also give you the smallest portions of any chick fil a I’ve ever been to. So glad we are moving this week and this won’t be our local chick fil an anymore.

This is easily the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever visited.This review comes after attempting to give this location numerous chances to redeem themselves. I think I have come to this location possibly 15 times because it’s most convenient for me, but the food order has been incorrect probably 12 of those 15 visits. There is always a ton of staff standing around, yet no one ever wants to eagerly help. In fact, I was given an eye roll this morning and zero smiles. I know it’s fast food, but this management needs help and the standard is NOT portrayed at this location. I’m sharing this feedback so that this location can work on the core values at Chick-fil-A and I desperately hope to see some improvement.

I’ll be the first one to admit that I don’t have a lot of experience in the fast food industry other than dining at fast food establishments a few times throughout my life. I’m not sure if it’s a staffing shortage or the inability to send somebody down to a parking spot if they’ve ordered 30 sandwiches while the rest of the drive-through line waits, but expect to delays while in the to go line.

Been working a job in Cahaba Heights now for three weeks. I’ve come to this Chick-Fil-A at least once or twice every week to get our crew’s meals. Used to drive through and had to come back three times because they forgot sandwiches in our meals. This has to be the worst Chick-Fil-A I’ve ever used.
They did give us a free sandwich because of our troubles, but all I want is my order right when I order. If you can’t handle big orders, then try sacking each order up separate.
