Food was great. Pricing always a bit high. Atmosphere was Christmas to the maximum with all the lights. Yet the best was when my wife called a staffer over to our table. The young man across from us with two female friends was licking every piece and dip because he was still hungry. He did not seem to have much wealth. We asked the staffer if she could provide another sandwich to the young man, and she gave him a free sandwich. That sort of community kindness was exemplary!

Who doesn’t love some Chick-fil-A once and awhile? I always get one of the yummy, thick, and delicious vanilla milkshakes with whipped cream and NO cherry. I don’t get the cherry because it’s always soggy and mushy. Sorry! But they are. I love to dip the waffle fries in the milkshake which my kids started doing when they were small. I don’t really eat the chicken, but my family enjoys it when we eat out. We are not a big fast-food or restaurant kind of people anymore. We have changed the way we eat and when we do eat out its not very often. I do love getting the milkshakes, and the staff is always friendly and the service is quick. We always order ahead of time online, so it’s especially easy for pick up as you just provide the first name and the letter of the last name. They do ask you if you want to add any additional items, and if my doggy comes with me to pick up the food, they will gladly add a pup cup for free! This is a small container of whipped cream that my dog enjoys, but she looks forward to the employee pets and friendly hellos as we go through the drive-thru to grab the order! So, we do enjoy visiting Chick-fil-A for milkshakes and pup cups, even if I don’t eat the normal menu items, there are other items that I enjoy just as much as others love the chicken! Thanks, Chick-fil-A! I just gave 4 stars for atmosphere because it is a fast-food restaurant, no matter how you roll the dice!

I live in pleasant groove but the customer service in Hoover makes me bypass all the other restaurants. The food is always awesome but they have a worker name Christopher that literally makes my day. LaNIna is also nice because she keeps that line moving.

Came here today for the first time and got their Veterans Day special. The lady who took my order (Gwendolyn, I think?) was SO sweet and friendly. The crew was extremely efficient getting all the cars through. Maybe a little too efficient. The young guy who brought my food to the car was nearly hit a couple times, so I would just suggest that he be a little more vigilant. Otherwise, a great experience!

Truly the worst fast food customer service I’ve ever experienced. My mom and I went through the drive thru about 9:00pm on a Saturday night, her for coffee and me for a milkshake. The person taking our order called the kitchen to see if they’d make my mom a cup of coffee, and they outright refused. We were originally told by the girl taking our order that it would be a few minutes and we said we were happy to wait, but then she received a response from the kitchen that they wouldn’t make any coffee that late. I realize 9:00 isn’t a typical time to drink coffee, but the cost of her cup of coffee and my milkshake would have covered whatever it cost them to make the pot. In addition, it’s Chickfila. I’d expect that kind of service from other fast food restaurants, but never Chickfila. The girl at the pickup window was extremely sassy and told us they would not be making us any coffee, then gave us a “my pleasure” in a sarcastic tone. We left without purchasing anything. I’ll go back to my Inverness CFA where the customer service is over the top!

I have been here many times but tonight I placed an order through the mobile app. I ordered a diet lemonade for my wife who is a type one diabetic and we did not realize until it was far too late that she received regular lemonade. I understand people make mistakes but now someone’s careless mistake is causing my wife to feel sick because her glucose won’t come down. Please pay more attention to people ordering diet anything because all it takes is someone not realizing it quick enough and then they are stuck sick until they are able to get their glucose under control.

Went to this Chick-fil-A and they charged me for a chicken sandwich meal, and left the sandwich off. Upon me calling back I was told by the manger that he could give me an another chicken sandwich but could not replace my meal for the error they made. Careless customer service!
