The worst CFA I have ever been to. From the service to the food to the atmosphere. It’s dirty – floors, keypads, tables, counter. The staff was spraying cleaning spray on a shelf right next to where food was being prepared and while the line was backed up. She was also leaving the soaked napkins that she has wiped the shelf with next to the prepared food. Yuck. Order wasn’t correct. Had to go back 3 times to get it correct. The salad dressing – normally cold – was warm. I asked for a cold one, but they said all of their dressing is warm. Was waiting for 15 mins on milkshake after I got food. Staff kept deflecting to the other staff saying it was getting taken care of. It wasn’t. One of the staff was verbally expressing how overwhelmed he was. But no one would help him. Another expressed she was “fixing to walk out.”
I hardly ever leave a negative review. But this was so unlike any other CFA experience I’ve ever had, and I know this isn’t the brand’s standards.

The slowest and least customer friendly location I have ever visited. I ordered chik fil biscuit meal inside. Ticket time was 7 min 58 sec. Normally staffers are friendly and have a great attitude. That is what normaly separates them from all others. I did not see many people in drive thru or inside so not sure what issue is. Hope they correct. I have noticed multiple people with wrong order. The lady in the Grey shirt which normally is manager seems to have the worst attitude of them all

Always a great pleasure visiting Chick-Fil-A no matter where you’re traveling. Ordered on the app on the way to the restaurant. Walked in, found a table to sit at and scanned the bar code on the table letting them know i had arrived. Within 2 minutes, my food was brought to my table. Great chicken sandwich with cheese, fries and sweet tea. Always my fast-food top pick when visiting a city with a Chick-Fil-A.

Y’all need to do your jobs. Went in there a little bit ago to pick up a DoorDash order and they had like four or five dashes waiting for at least 20 minutes, not even being seen. Y’all need to do better at your damn jobs

The finest fast food experience you could genuinely ask for, served with perfection and deliciousness.
They continue to deliver and with precision too. You might want to get your hands on some of their food anytime you get the chance.
Service: Exquisite, glamorous, and just the right amount of “nice” that a customer could ask for, they literally give you your food while you’re ordering!! Isn’t that crazy?! No wait times?! 0 minutes?!
Atmosphere/Environment: Like a delightful cinnamon bun, the seats and tables are perfectly aligned in the way they should be, the entrance with two doors makes it feel premium, just like this review and a revamp to the drive-thru I heard makes it even more better!
Food: I’m by no means a salad guy but I think I just hooked up on their salad, the Spicy Southwest Salad with tortillas and little beans topped off with some honey mustard sauce to make it juicy, the chocolate chip cookie for me is a bit chunky but a good type of chunky along with the Sunjoy, a sweet taste of lemonade and sweet tea that’ll get your tongue.
One of the best fast food restaurants and there’s no other way to explain it, really.

This location signed up for a box donation and potential food donation for a local food pantry. I volunteered to do the pickup for these supplies and when I called to verify what I was picking up they were extremely rude and did not give me an answer. I drove over as there was a time window given for the pickup and when I called back to let them know I was arriving they told me that they threw everything away. They did not take themselves off of the pickup list and gave no warning that they would no longer be participating in the donation. They threw away a bunch of perfectly good supplies during a food bank shortage in our community. Extremely disappointing and not what I expect from a Chick-fil-a.

I went to the Chick-fil-A on Lakeshore in Homewood, Alabama, and I did not have a good experience. My daughter wanted a grilled cheese sandwich—just two pieces of buttered bread toasted with American cheese. At the Chick-fil-A on 280, they know how to ring it up, but at this location, the worker seemed very perplexed by the request.
I’m very dissatisfied with our service today. First, they brought out two pieces of bread with just pickles. When I explained to a very friendly worker that I wanted a grilled cheese—two pieces of bread with melted cheese, toasted—he took it back. His friendliness is why I’m rating service a 3. He was awesome! It took about 10 minutes, but when they brought it out again, it was still incorrect. He apologized for the wait. They gave her two pieces of bread with cheese, not even melted.This location is consistently slow, always asking us to pull to the side, and the quality of service is disappointing. I’m attaching pictures to this review. I wish the staff were better trained to handle simple requests like this, especially since other Chick-fil-A locations have no problem doing it.

I remember when sweet tea and lemonade had a standard. The sweet tea was tasty also was the lemonade too.. Now a days they give you anything and take your money The sweet tea is terrible so is the lemonade… We cannot have good food and nasty drink

This location has continued to be a disappointment. They get your oder wrong to often to be a Chick-fil-A. They rush you through the line, and when they pull you around to the parking lot, they usually forget something. This morning was awful. They did not include the grape jelly that’s on the receipt. Also my biscuit barely had a bottom piece of bread. I can see this location continuing to go downhill if management doesn’t make some changes asap.

We ordered catering from this Chick-fil-A (through ezCater) and Chick-fil-A confirmed the order TWICE. I can see it in my app, and ezCater verified the restaurant confirmed twice. They never delivered the food, would not answer numerous phone calls placed by ezCater, and when we got them on the phone they ultimately told us they couldn’t find the order and were too busy to keep looking for it.
Will not order from this location ever again, whether for work or personally. Chick-fil-A typically has pretty outstanding customer service, but I guess not here.
Updating to say they called us back saying they found the order and are trying to fulfill it now. We said no thank you. Food was supposed to be delivered by 11:45 am, and it’s past 12:30 pm.
