The food was great, however; our order was missing more than 1 item. The facility was very clean and it’s nice that they’re adding more parking. But I couldn’t help but notice that there was very little organization behind the counter. It looked like literal chickens with their heads cut off. They need to dedicate someone specifically to the register, the drinks, the food line, and so on. This will vastly increase their production and their ability to deliver the order correctly.

Typical great CFA experience. Food was hot and crispy, wait was short even during a busy lunch time. Only complaint is the parking lot is small and you are not necessarily going to be able to rely on finding a spot. There are additional parking spaces nearby that service the shopping center.

There was nothing more pleasant than going into a Chick-fil-A and receiving excellent service, and everyone answering you with “my pleasure” when you told them thank you. That’s gone now!! Food is still good, service is just like any other fast food establishment.

I wish the restaurant would note if it had a playground or not. We stopped at the Lakeshore Pkwy, Homewood, AL CFA for our 2 year old to PLAY, after traveling for 5 hours, and there was NO playground. But no mention there wasn’t one anywhere until we arrived. That would be helpful info on the website

Food takes forever on Saturday. They have ten cars at least with hazard lights waiting on food and workers running around asking for names to match orders. Then when you get your food you are lucky if it’s right. Not a horrible chick fil a, just don’t go on Saturday.

Front counter was rude. Ordered a spicy sandwich and received a grilled club despite the the ticket on the tray displaying my correct order. Caleb was fast to make it correct. Very helpful. My friend who ordered before me was completely forgotten about. Once again Caleb came to the rescue and personally made his meal. Caleb is a great worker, it’s a shame his workplace isn’t reflective.

This Chick-Fil-A is located on Lakeshore by Walmart. My family and I went to the drive -thu. It was late Thursday afternoon so it was quite a tad bit busy. We ordered milkshake and nugget meal with drink. Approaching the window, we got nugget meal and lemonade but not milkshake. We were told to pull the car in the parking lot facing to the drive-thu. While waiting, I want to drink my lemonade. There was no straw in my bag. We waited in the car for a while for one milkshake. So I have to call to let them know that we were waiting in the parking as we were told for milkshake. It appears that they forgot milkshake. So I told them to bring extra straw when they delivered milkshake. It was very disappointing of service.!! I don’t expect to visit this location again!!

Ordered a side salad and the container was wet and dripping water along with the lettuce being wet. The container had several prints all over it and it was lacking cheese. Pointed this out to one of the workers and was told that the salad did in fact have cheese. Literally counted 8 pieces of cheese.
