I have mixed feelings about this location. The food was as good as always, but it was quite evident. The staff appears to be under-trained. I have never encountered an employee at Chick-fil-A who responded with a simple “ yeah.” Additionally, other employees were standing around the counter, engaged in conversation and laughter, which seemed quite casual. While I was not unhappy with the restaurant, it does not provide the same atmosphere that I am accustomed to.

Would give ZERO stars if possible. The absolute worst Chick-fil-A in the world I guarantee it. Their service is consistently terrible. You have to wait 5min minimum in order to get help for even a napkin or sauces (that they almost always forget to give you). 50/50 on whether your order is correct/fresh, though the wait time is a MINIMUM of 10min even if you cheat the system and let them know “I’m already at the restaurant” well before you’re actually at the restaurant.

Would never come here if I could avoid it. I think a lot of the young people try, but just have no clue about customer service.

Not really excited about my order today the shake is pretty good with the exception of the size of the shake. I wish they would bring back the larger shakes in addition to whatever have two shake size. Also my fries were not really great and cold and it seems as though they have changed their recipe for the way they cook their fries because they’re a little bit different texture and taste Not to Chick-fil-A normal standards. Please go back.

Cashier was a little rude! We got in to dine in where they’re suppose to bring it to the table. We were given a marker for. Our name was being called. I told the girl I thought it was to br brought to the table and she said, “I didn’t see you!” Of course not, you didnt look. Not given our full order and went back up to get it. The lady at the register was asking the girl what was wrong and they then discussed the matter as if we cant hear. Not a good experience here today.

There is no indoor play place as described on the website. It has been turned into offices. Everyone was nice but not the high bar standard seen at most Chick Fil As across the country. Maybe it’s location is an issue.

Went here for lunch yesterday. I ordered lunch for me and my coworker. I had the spicy chicken deluxe meal and she had a 10pc chicken tender meal with mac and cheese. I took a bite and the chicken was undercooked so I called and they offered to replace the meal. After my coworker ate some of her food (thinking our orders were different so her food was fine) instantly she began to throw up. I called again (8 times) to tell them there was another problem. No one answered.Got to work this morning called again and told an Isaac about the problem and his response was there’s nothing he could do and he didn’t believe me. The food is still the break room trash can at my job if they want the food back I can take it to them for proof if needed. THE CHICKEN IS PINK. Now that not only I had bad food but she did too, I was no longer interested in a replacement, as I don’t trust the food nor can I afford to get sick, I requested refunds for both orders equaling to about $50. They said they do not give refunds and they do not give gift cards to spend at different locations. They can only replace the exact food. 1st and last time eating at this location. Terrible and so is finding somewhere to park. The manager Casey said they weren’t connected to corporate as they are a franchise and he was the only person to speak to. Went through chikfila website and contacted corporate and now waiting on a follow up.

This is the worst Chick-fil-A in the state. The employees are rude, they constantly mess up people’s orders and when customers like myself walk back in to try and get an exchange for what they actually paid for and is on the receipt, the employees act like the customers are the problem. Do not waste your time or money here.

I’ve never encountered rude behavior at any chic-fil-a location ever . The customer service was 0/10 . All the employees seemed to have an attitude & not to mention I never heard “my pleasure “ .. then my food was sitting on the other side of counter for at least 5 mins . This was around 8:15 pm . Will not be coming back .

Terrible. Disappointing. Lack of Customer Service People have been saying this location is going downhill and they will never return and today I see why. Long wait times just for them to not give me the item that was offered as a free treat. The food seemed like it was thrown together and missing dipping sauce. This place could use new management. The employee said my name handed me my items and turned away. I won’t bother coming back. I hope this location turns around soon as it gets high traffic.
