The manager Kasey at this particular chain, is one of the rudest, most inconsiderate persons I’ve ever met. I went to this location on 11/17/2025 during my lunch break. There was a line out of the door, however I was told that those people were all there for mobile orders. There was only 2 people in the line for store carry out orders, I was the 3rd. I watched each person in front of me place their order as well as receive their food. I placed my order food: an 8 piece chicken nugget, a side of chicken noodle soup, and a lemonade drink. I waited in the store for over 25 mins before going back to the counter to ask how long it would take for my food. The cashier stated she didnt know, so I asked for a refund. The manager on duty was Kasey. I stated rudely that, “We dont do refunds”. I then stated that I would take a gift card instead, then then stated the same, “We dont give giftcards”. I’m a Deputy in full uniform that paid for a meal that I dont have, and told to either wait on my food or leave the establishment from the manager on duty. I have never feel more disrespected or belittled from any person in the food service business and I deal with people everyday in my career field. I spent money on food that I never received nor received a refund. I will never patronize this particular chain again as long as this person works there!!!

Chick-fil-A is less a restaurant and more a magical temple where chicken reigns supreme and your life’s problems temporarily vanish. You walk in, and immediately a choir of polite angels in visors says, “My pleasure,” so many times that I start questioning if I’ve entered a parallel universe where politeness is currency.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this Chick-fil-A location. I placed a breakfast order through Uber Eats and ended up waiting over 1 hour and 40 minutes. When I called the restaurant, I was rudely told that a rider had stolen my food and was pressured to cancel the order. The person on the call spoke to me in a loud and angry tone, even though I was calmly trying to understand the situation. However, when I contacted Uber support, they informed me that no driver had picked up the order and the delay was likely due to high demand at the restaurant. I was shocked by the staff’s dishonesty and unprofessional behavior, and overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with the way I was treated.

So basically…..I went with four of my friends. When I first walked in, I got a bad feeling deep in my bones. But I ordered my usual: three count chicken strip meal. One of my friends got the nuggets, one of them got the spicy chicken deluxe, and one of them got a salad with mac n cheese. The service was good, the workers were sweet, but it was almost like they were covering something up. We got our food, and when I first opened my chicken strip box, I was in disbelief. My chicken didn’t look like normal chicken. I took a bite out of it, I spat it out. It was cold and tasted like it was in the freezer for a week MINIMUM. My friend got UNCOOKED CHICKEN. I looked closely at mine, it was also uncooked. Swear I could see it moving still. I thought I could see the wings flapping. Not even the mac n cheese was safe. I heard it was burnt. I no longer felt safe so I quickly left. Great service though!
