My wife and I stopped at this Chick-fil-A and I only ordered an 8 count of grilled nuggets for myself. When I stopped to eat them I opened the container and was surprised to see there were only 5. It would not be that big of a deal if prices were not so high and that was all that I was eating. I just expected more from this restaurant. If anything, they used to would have given an extra nugget or two. Hey, I just want to get what I pay for. The picture makes them look bigger than they were.

Awesome Chick-fil-A establishment that goes the extra mile. Free diapers for the community. Fries were the freshest I have experienced. Better quality food that other locations. Staff friendly and helpful.

The food is good, however, the girls behind the counter including the manager have no clue how to do an app order or how reward points work. The head manager finally came out and helped them. I had just left UAB & wasn’t feeling well. I was hoping for a quick in an out. That didn’t happen.

The food was delicious. I had the Cobb salad and my husband ordered the chicken nugget combo. The staff was friendly as always. I also enjoy the Chick fil a sandwich combo (#1 combo.) If I don’t order a salad, I’ll usually order that combo. The ice cream is a nice treat if you want dessert.

The health rating is 99, and the manager was a bit bummed because they had 100 and lost one point. But that just shows how much these folks care about cleanliness, friendliness, and service, plus they serve up some seriously delicious food! They’re like the shining example for others to follow.

only reason I am marking the atmosphere at 4 stars is because they are taking the playplaces out of the new buildings :). Food is delicious of course and service is amazing but I miss my kids getting to play.

One of my favorite fast food chicken restaurants. Ordered the chicken biscuit with egg combo on the app. Got to the restaurant and it was ready within seconds of sitting down. And if you don’t have the app, you should!

Had an issue with order. Drove back, the “manager” Amethyst could not have been more unprofessional. Let her know I would be calling the owner/operator and was told “she didn’t care, he can’t fix anything.” Worst chic fil a experience of my life. They also seemed to be having other issues as the phone kept ringing with people also calling to say things that were missed in their order. I can see how that was happening as the entire front counter crew was more interested in laughing and cutting up than working on orders. All of that when I got back home, the remade salads had tons of brown lettuce.
