DO NOT BUY CHICK FIL A COLLECTORS CUP HERE! I went in on Thursday for lunch and bought quite a few items on the menu, including the Chick Fil A Collectors Chick cup. I was soo excited to get my cup ! I went through the drive thru so the person handing me my food handed me my order which again was quite a big order. Before I left I just made sure all my food was in my bag. As I am driving off turning onto Daniel’s road, I went to go open my cup. So excited, who knows maybe I would be the one to win the golden cup. When I grabbed the bag, I didn’t pay attention to when the guy handed me it, it was not even sealed. It was wide open. How fair is this? They know if they have a gold cup or not because their cups are not sealed they are all open. I tried calling the store but no one answered of course. I also called chick fil a cares and they said someone from the store would get back to me and no one has. They also said they would report the store because none of their collectors cups should be open. I should have turned around, but with my tight lunch frame, unfortunately I was not able to. I did let them know to view the footage of the drive thru so they can see my open cup.

Used to love Chick Fil a soups , not anymore. This is my second time this month ordering each one of the chicken tortilla and the chicken noodle, and chicken is nowhere to be found in either one of them. That’s too bad, since paying almost $6 for a cup .

It’s ChickFilA. The service and food are fairly consistent. I always order in the app and do curbside pick up because the drive thru at this location is extremely busy. It’s a great option for a meal in a hurry.

This location is always super busy, but I like the fact that they have staff outside taking your orders which speeds up the process and the overall experience

The staff has always been super friendly and helpful, and the food quality has not disappointed us yet.

Service is always great at this location, but the inside is never well kept, it needs a deep clean, especially the bathrooms kids park. We’ve been coming here over a year now and the kids playground is disgusting. We go to several different locations around Orlando and St. Cloud, everywhere else seems to be a lot cleaner. As always, the food is always delicious

Placed order. Checked in. No one ever delivered. It go to drive through. No response. Go inside and told food throw out. Manager then canceled my order in the app. Terrible experience!
