They do a good job here. But, there always seems to be some issue anytime I come here.
If it’s not a food error, then is a condiment error. Or, a drink error or a problem with a side. Or, attitude from the teenaged food server. There’s always some issue.
Now, don’t get me wrong the food is normally delicious. But, compared to other local Chick-fil-As, this one spot always seems to have some issue.
Hopefully, you don’t encounter issues like I’ve experienced. But, like I’ve said, there always seems to be some issue at this one spot.

Hi my name is Darcy, and I’m a Coke addict. Coca-Cola, that is. Now let me preface my comment by saying that I think Chick-fil-A is the best fast food available at any price… but there’s a problem that needs to be addressed and that’s the soda machine. Many locations utilize those single nozzle touch screen soda fountains that dispense all of the flavors from one nozzle. The result is often a Frankenstein combination of flavors. You know the taste. We all did it at least once as a kid; a little squirt of every flavor at 7-Eleven. Eew. I don’t want “cherry coke” or any other variation, and lately, more times than not, my coke is next to undrinkable.
Please do something guys, this is serious. Currently McDonald’s coke is better… A LOT better, even in a plastic, sweating cup. We’re counting on you to get this fixed.

This is one of our go to places for breakfast. We have lots of choices, and whatever we get, it’s fresh and delicious. This morning we got the egg, bacon cheese muffin. In the past we’ve gotten the biscuit version & the four minis. All are good!!
Service is quick and friendly, especially with mobile ordering. It’s a clean and inviting place to be when we stay, with plenty of tables.

Avoid this place at lunch they will get your order wrong. If you try and call to let them know Management they will give you attitude and say “tighten up” is bad language. I don’t have time on my lunch break to turn around for free food. I just want my order right. Lost a customer today will not be going back.

I’m not one to make bad reviews but today I sat parked in the drive through for over 25 mins and I have proof it’s 25 mins because my car tells me how long I was in it and I live less than two minutes away from Chick-fil-A. All of this was for two kids meals, and one normal meal just saying was a bit ridiculous.

This Chick Fil A is a hit or miss. Honestly, the most disappointing Chick-Fil-A I have been too. Go to the Countryside one or Oldsmar. Not worth the conveince.
Sometimes the people taking your order act if you are an inconvience to their personal conversations or time. I do understand these are young kids. But have had good consistent service at all other Chick Fil A’s.
I got a burrito with only two hasbrowns that unrolled. They have given me minimal fries before. & they were not busy.

This location hires the most incompetent people. It sucks because this was the best location for a long time, and is the most convenient location for my family and I, but over the last couple of years it has really gone downhill. We frequent here 1-2 times a week and I should not have to check my order before leaving, every single time. When I say there is something wrong with every order, I’m not exaggerating. In the past month, I ordered inside and it was close to empty. I watched my order sit there for several minutes while the employees AND the manager were all joking and messing around. I watched an employee order food while I was waiting and he received his quickly, while mine continued to sit there. We went through the drive thru for dinner last week, spending $56. My grilled chicken club was missing the bacon, our pretzel cheddar club came with American cheese, we were missing a regular chicken sandwich, and the other chicken sandwich was missing pickles….come on now.
This morning we grabbed breakfast, my chicken scramble bowl didn’t come with salsa, and the parfait was missing the granola. This place is a joke.
I have called and spoken with the manager in the past and I have emailed corporate also. Clearly they don’t care because nothing has changed, in fact, I think it has just gotten worse. We will no longer be spending our money here and if we want Chick fil a, I guess we will be going out of our way to go to a different location. This place has become a McDonald’s…. if you know what I mean.

I went in to chick-fil-a today, and an older women named Maria F was so rude. I was picking out what I wanted to order and she said “go to the back of the line and come back when your ready” with a nasty attitude while giving me dirty looks the whole time trying to order. Chick-fil-a is ment to have good costumer service and today I was overly disappointed. I ended with “Have a good day mam” and she just looked at me.

I don’t come to Chick-fil-A that often in the mornings, but this morning when I did it was a pleasant experience. I met a young girl I believe her name is Madelyn she has amazing customer service and is very kind. today as I came through the drive though I was immediately greeted with a smile and asked how I’m doing today. as I was giving her my order I accidentally said I wanted a Coke instead of a Diet Coke she went ahead and fixed it super fast on the iPad then apologized and thanked me for my patience. I tried to hand her a tip but she said “unfortunately I can’t except those” she then told me “have a blessed day and hope to see you again soon” you never find this much kindness in young people anymore, this made me feel very welcome and will be coming back to visit again very soon!

In the 6 years that I have lived in Palm harbor, I can’t remember having a bad experience at Chick fil A Palm Harbor. Today broke the trend. Trash cans overflowing, no paper towel in the mens restroom and that was before we got to the food.
We waited over 30 mins for our order before I eventually went to the counter to find out where it was. My kid was tired and hungry and it was getting late.
Apparently they had lost our order. They brought it over 5 mins later but my meal was incorrect. I patiently waited for the correct meal only to be brought another meal but this time missing…the chicken!!
At that point I had lost my appetite and my patience, declined the 3rd try for a meal and just asked for a refund.
They refunded my credit card but not the gift card that I had also used to purchase it with.
Highly disappointed with the lack of quality control and customer service from the female manager on duty.
