Love love, love how they make my London fog every morning. I don’t always get their trivia question right but I love answering those as well. The one Caribou by target is my favorite one even though it’s not a drive-through they have the best customer service. They also got the greatest table so my buddies go in there. We can all sit around the table there’s 10 of us and we talk about guy things. I like to go in the morning and network with business people

It is very hit or miss here, several times half of my order will be ready and the other half not ready for over another 15 mins. Especially if you are doing a pick up order your coffee might be ready but if you are trying to get to work on time either you leave without your food or you wait 15-20 mins for your food. The time previous to this last visit my sandwich was hard as a rock. I had to throw away the bread and eat around what was left otherwise I would be left with no food on a 12 hour shift. Today I saw several people say thank you to the barista who was making drinks and I understand they were busy but there was no acknowledgment what so ever. I only resort to using this location as a last resort at this point. If you can stop at another location on your way into work I would do so.

Ordered fruit shakers with no ice and have NEVER received a drink half full. Will never return to this location. I’ve ordered this drink the same way over 30 times and never had someone make it like this. Never thought I’d say that I regretted tipping. Don’t tip until you receive your order. Lesson learned.

I feel that when you order in person, you should get your drink first above take out pick up orders. I waited for a large 10 drink order in front of my one drink. No perk for having to wait either.

I have given this Caribou location multiple chances, but the service is consistently slow and lacking urgency. Even when it’s not busy, the waits are long and the experience is inconsistent. Staff are generally not friendly, with the exception of Trasie, who is always so pleasant and radiates positivity.

On my last visit, I waited 15 minutes for a drink (there was only one other person waiting). No one checked in with me to ask what I was waiting for. When I finally approached the counter to kindly ask, the employee did not say a word – just walked over to the barista to remind her to make the drink. The barista also did not say a single word to me – no apology, no “we’ll get right on it.”

It is really disappointing to see such a lack of customer service, and unfortunately, this was my last visit to this location despite its convenience for me.

Pretty much not the same service as it used to be a couple years ago…very disappointed at the service and the atmosphere. It is very VERY loud in the store. I get that you need to blend drinks but maybe look for alternatives for the blender that are quieter and quicker. Please…it is terrible to withstand the loud volumes of BLENDDDDIIINGGGG on and on…terrible…the employees are nice so that is at least a plus…also, I ordered a small and didn’t say less ice and got more than half of my cup filled with ice…very sad that they don’t ask how much ice level and I’m expected to remember that…will not be returning unfortunately…☺️ ✨…

I visited to pick up a large order—10 gallons of coffee—for an event. When I noticed that one of the two insulated jugs appeared to be leaking, I asked the staff member about it. She inspected it and said it was likely just steam since the coffee was freshly brewed. The jug didn’t seem too heavy, so I let her know I didn’t need help and would make a few trips.

However, once I stepped outside, I felt my leg getting warm. I set the jug down and realized it had leaked hot coffee all over my pants. I immediately returned to the store and asked the employee to take a look. She came outside, confirmed that the jug had been overfilled, and ended up pouring some out to prevent further leakage.

Thankfully, I was wearing thick sweatpants—otherwise, I might have been burned. The situation could have been worse, but it definitely could have been avoided with a bit more attention during prep.
