I’ve been coming here way too often for my own good simply because of how good the food is and how great the customer service is up front. The managers and leads are amazing, and sometimes the workers take an extra step to improve your experience if you make the effort to just talk to them.

I love the food at Chick-fil-A as it is but I am grateful there is one on campus and that it’s part of the school’s meal plan. I’ve been eating here all semester and have had a great experience so far. The staff is very polite and usually quite fast though it can get a little backed up around 3 o’clock. As another bonus they’ll also start serving breakfast next semester.

Cashier was super rude. Walked up and didn’t even look at me just said “Name” and I gave her the benefit of the doubt. Just kept being more and more rude as I ordered. I ordered a large meal and she rang me up didn’t say anything as I was about to pay she said she didn’t have a large cup and so I said okay that’s fine I’ll take whatever size you have. So she grabs it and I said it’s fine but I’m not paying for a large drink when your giving me a small. She said “well it’s only 40 cents more”. Continued to stare at me and was just super rude. I ended up paying for the large when I got a small because she just stared at me. Will not be going back if she is who I have to deal with, very rude.

Chick-fil-A is one of those places that I find to be always packed but fast serving. I rarely have to wait more than 5-10 minutes to get my food and it’s always on point and delicious. The only thing I don’t like about the one on campus is that they don’t accept gift cards, but other than that Chick-fil-A is always one of my favorite fast food places.

Vera the cashier made this my worst ever experience at a Chick-Fil-A and I don’t even go here! Her blatant disrespect and eye-rolling when simply asking her to fill my soda to the top when she’d only filled it half-way, really?? This also happened in front of high-schoolers visiting for a campus tour with their parents. Great first impression!

They open at 8 but every morning they never have anything ready. There is always a wait for food. They must wait til they open to start cooking the food. This location is operated horribly. They need new management badly. If there was another location on campus I would never come to this location, but since there isn’t just get ready to wait. Nobody seems to have it together!

Location at FGCU was very busy, long line of students but moved everyone through quickly. Grilled chicken club was very good and served quickly, as well. Will definitely return.

The Chick-fil-A is semi-clean. Most of the time there’s a line specially in the middle of the day. I usually get the chicken sandwich and sometimes it comes out soggy. But it’s good if you just want a quick bite.
