Had a great experience at Chick-fil-A – North Port. Even though they were really busy, the service was super fast and everything moved smoothly. The food came out fresh and tasted great. I was also impressed that the men’s restroom even had mouthwash available, that’s attention to detail you don’t see everywhere. Definitely a well-run location!

Chick fil A is a nice restaurant where you can enjoy real food that isn’t processed with all those chemicals that we know aren’t good for you. You can enjoy fresh, clean food in a clean restaurant. Every time I come to Chick-fil-A the restaurant is busy and the dining area is usually filled up pretty good. THATS the sign of good food! The prices are very affordable and usually lower than other places around the area. I pulled one star because the restaurant is similar in design to any other fast food restaurant. Nothing we all haven’t already seen. But then, you don’t come to a fast food restaurant for the atmosphere. Chick-fil-A has great chicken meals and you won’t have to worry about going broke. Come on out and eat more chicken!!!

I absolutely LOVE chic f lay! One of my most fave places to eat! However today was very different. Decided to do a nice Valentines lunch for the office .. ordered a nugget platter and 3 chicken sandwich meals. When the order arrived it was ice cold and not one sauce was included in the bags. Literally ordered a nugget platter and we received ZERO SAUCES. Didn’t even mind that it was a bit cold but we ordered extra sauces and instead you put NONE. So I called the store and they said oh sorry. Like big deal. Yeah I’m sorry too that you ruined an entire lunch for my office. Thanks. I will not be returning. At least not to this location In port Charlotte. Do better!

I don’t understand why the customer service here is so condescending. I asked for a particular menu item that I always order. I was told by the cashier that the item does not exist and I don’t know what I’m talking about and that the item has never been sold at Chick-fil-A, even though I have eaten it multiple times at Chick-fil-A. I repeated myself and was still told that I was wrong. I suppose the cashier was not listening or just wanted me to be incorrect. He then acknowledged that they had the item. There was no apology nor acknowledgment of miscommunication on his part with his aggressive demeanor. The manager said that it was unlikely that he said those things because that’s not how he acts and that he is very good with customers. Unfortunately, this mindset breeds an environment of poor customer service.

Its only 645pm on a Monday.. i order my mac and cheese.. all seems good. My fiancé orders some… they say okay to begin with then say oh we dont have enough. Sorry. I ask if I can still get mine.. I get told yes. I pay. I am still 3 cars back waiting for my order and someone walks up to my window and tells me… Oops we dont have mac and cheese. So I cancelled the order for the side. Scary to be out of mac an cheese on a monday at 645pm.. also to be told its there.. and pay for it.. then its not. Yall must run out of mac an cheese by noon on the weekends. First time at this chick fil a and it will be the last.

We stopped by Chick-fil-A for a quick bite and was generally pleased with my experience. The food was good but basic, just what I expected from a fast food chain. The chicken nuggets were definitely the highlight – they were tasty and flavorful, with a nice crispy exterior.
The fries were a bit too soft for my liking. I prefer my fries to be crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, but these were just a bit too limp.
While it may not be the most exciting meal, it’s an ok choice for a quick bite on the go, once in a blue moon.

We ordered take-out from the drive-thru and the service was awesome. We got right in and out even though there was a decent line ahead us.

This Chick-fil-A is so good. The line will be around the whole parking lot yet it still goes fast and if you go inside its even quicker. I will never have complaints. EAT MOR CHIKIN.

Very busy restaurant, but don’t worry they know what they’re doing. Went here several times on vacation and the food and service was great! The manager in charge ( Steve I believe) was one of the hardest working managers I’ve ever seen anywhere. Wish we had this place near our home.
