I’ve been to many Chic-fil-A locations. This one really blew me away. From the staff being super friendly and welcoming.
Food came out in no time at all. Everything was fresh and hot. Sweet tea was on point! Staff were all so happy and pleasant. Jenn and Vanessa were the ones I had the most interactions with. Thanks for having such a great location!

First time we have been inside since the make-over. The outside flows a lot better than before. The inside play area has been removed. More seating area has been added. The inside atmosphere has definitely changed. It is more for families with older kids and older adults. The vibe is different without the play area. Very clean and organized. Great flow. Condiments are available a a minimal way – smaller stations. If you want anything that is not there ask at the main counter – always 5/5 with service. I’m sure this was done to avoid waste of condiments.

This Chick-fil-A location in Estero was renovated in 2025, and it shows—it feels clean, modern, and fresh every time I visit.
The drive-thru is impressively efficient, even during busy hours. The traffic flow around the restaurant is smooth, which isn’t always the case at other locations. That said, parking for dining in can be difficult to find during peak hours.
Inside, it’s spacious with plenty of seating, and the dining area is always tidy and comfortable. Service is fast when using the app, usually under 3 minutes, and the staff is friendly and professional.
And of course, the food is exactly what you expect from Chick-fil-A: consistently delicious.
Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a quick, reliable, and well-run experience.

The woman that took our order,Vanessa,was fantastic. She had just started there and went above and beyond! I went to get a refill the lady that helped me,whose name was Jen,I said how nice Vanessa was and it turned out she was Jens DAUGHTER! Cool. I spoke to a manager and gave them a good thumbs up!

Consistently awesome throughout all the Chic fil-A’s we’ve been to. Staff was super polite and friendly. Staff weren’t standing around and on their phones like other places. Food came out accurate, hot and fresh. Very clean restaurant and staff inside and out. We love their waffle fries. Lots of seating as well as lots of free parking. Recommended!

They should really be ashamed of selling a cool wrap combo that is $17. That has this little amount of food in it. There was one singular sliver of chicken in one half of this cool wrap .I will not ever eat here at this location again.

I ordered several meals, one included a chikfila deluxe meal. The young woman repeated the order perfectly, but punched it in as just a regular chikfila sandwich. When I went forward to have it fixed, I explained the situation and where normally they would have just swapped the sandwiches, they didn’t own the mistake and made me pull out my debit card to charge me 43 cents for the lettuce and tomato. Now is 43 cents a massive deal, no, but I have received and expect better customer service than that.

Smaller nugget box and smaller nuggets now. The old 12 ct nuggets use to barely fit in the bigger box. Now the new smaller nuggets fit in a smaller box with plenty of room to spare. Oh and they are burnt. It is not just at this Chic Fila, it is everyone of them now, so this is not the first time I have experienced this. The side salad had a few pieces of shredded cheese and one tomato, so that was even terrible. I contacted the corporate office too online, I encourage you all to do that if you have the same. This is not the Chic Fila I have went to for years, they son of the founder should be embarrassed. I know his father would be.
