.I bought a Cobb salad at the drive-thru. Everything was fine until I bit into something hard. It turned out to be a piece of metal, and I almost broke my teeth when I bit it. It was extremely dangerous—just imagining that I could have swallowed it is terrifying, as it was sharp and could have seriously injured me internally.

Food is Chick-fil-A..what more can I say? Delicious! =) and service is incredibly prompt and courteous, especially considering the non-stop volume both inside and out, where the dual drive thru often exceeds expectations with less of a wait than might appear based on the lines of cars. Only thing really MISSING = INDOOR PLAYGROUND FOR THE KIDS… Hopefully they can build THAT over the outdoor seating area, knowing it’s often too H T to sit out there in this part of Florida. My food was super fresh at this location this time. The people were nice and polite this time. Last time there was a skinny white girl that holler at me in the drive through waving her arms like an air traffic controller. Don’t know what her malfunction was , but thankfully gone this time. Super friendly folks this time. My friend couldn’t have been hotter, super fresh and tasty. My husband said it was the freshest sandwich he had had in years. This stores food always seems a little better than others. I’m glad it’s near by my place. It was definitely a great day at Chick-fil-A.

This is definitely the best location I’ve been too and I love that it’s in my home town. The food is always fresh and the employees are always so polite. There’s been a few times where the wait has been a tad bit longer than usual but the food is always good and they are still so kind, and to top it all off they even give you the free food coupons. This location would definitely make the Chick Fil A Company proud. Thank you ☺️

It’s a toss up on this review for me . Because as always it depends on who’s working when you go. I tried their breakfast for the first time wasn’t impressed. I’ll stick to lunch menu. Otherwise the manager I forgot his name the main manager the one who’s picture is on the wall gets a 5 ⭐ for dealing with what he deals with in Sebring. Lord bless his heart. If I could bump it a half a ⭐ I would but I just think to me it’s a run of the mill right down the middle just above 3 ⭐ not quite 4 location. That’s a lot of the issue they couldn’t have picked a WORSE layout parking lot piece of property more poorly designed. And the one plus is they did what the city should be using our tax dollars for and paving these much needed access roads to get into that particular plaza. So who did it Chick-fil-A did. Such mismanagement of tax dollars in Highlands county. But thank you Chick-fil-A for that because if u didn’t come they’d have left it like that another 20 years. SMH I didn’t like the 4pc breakfast chicken bites in that raw pastry dough like cause it definitely wasn’t a biscuit.

The service is wonderful. The food is so so on the upper end of fast food. The atmosphere is basic fast food chain. Nothing all that special. I love that they’re closed on Sundays to give their employees a break to go to church

Sebring CFA delivers exactly what is expected from the CFA brand: friendly staff and fantastic food. Our mobile order was out within 5 minutes despite the huge line. A manager even came outside to greet those waiting. A really good impression was made today. Good job! It was my pleasure to eat here.

Have not had any good experiences at this location. As much as I enjoy the lemonade it’s been quite watered down. At least twice the club sandwich has been cold. A friend convinced me to give a 3rd try and the entire meal was horrible although served with a smile.
