The waffle fries were cold and kind of tasteless. Super disappointed because I’d heard good things about them. I’m not sure if I just ordered them at a bad time (it was near opening so I thought they would be pretty fresh). The chicken sandwich was just okay, I feel like I’ve gotten better at other locations.

Alright, the place was very, very busy. We were in line there were 4 people standing there. They told us they were not going to take our order to go around to where you pick it up. We went to where you picked it up. All the people were there picking up their food. People were stuck behind us because they didn’t even take our order yet. But they have apparently took everyone else’s order. Gave them their food behind us and all in front of us. We told them we needed our order taken. They quickly took Or order it was well over. 35 minutes After I started timing it And there seem to be 3 lane. The atmosphere was not their fault. They were building some kind of high-rise building next door to it. It was an awful view of nothing but cars A wooden structure with a Crane and a lot of exhaust in the air, it was extremely hot to have the The window down But the food taste better than any food I’ve ever had is my favorite restaurant. I bought chickfila from university of south florida and was price gouged for 13.00 around noon on 10/24/24 for a large fry and 12 ct nuggets meal and only given a medium water instead of a large water. But the day of 10/23/24 I bought the whole large meal for 11.00. will be reported to the ftc for price gouging

Staff was more worried about serving the drive thru than the front counter (1 person running the front). Ordered the grilled chicken sandwich, it was cold, bun was stale, cheese was not melted. Very disappointing as this location is ALWAYS busy I assumed the food would be fresh. Fries were warm not hot and over salted. At least the sweet tea was good. Tried to leave an online review instead of going public but Chick fila corporate has made that near impossible. Thank you for the very disappointing meal and reminding me why Fast food is disgusting!
