This is the best chick fil a we have visited. We went at noon on the first Saturday in January. There was no wait in the drive through. There were parking spaces available. We ordered sandwiches, chicken nuggets and fries. Our food was ready immediately. I think we only spent five minutes there. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. And our food was packaged well- with the nuggets and sandwiches in two different bags. We were on a road trip, so this helped a lot. We could pass the nugget bag to the kids in the back. We asked for extra sauce and they gave us extra in a bag. The food tasted excellent. The peppermint shake was yum. I highly recommend.

I wish this location could get on the same page. I come around 6:30am and usually ask for a breakfast order and also a southwest salad so I can take it to work with me. Half the time the staff is happy to give me the salad during breakfast and the other half of the time I’m told they can’t do it. What’s the deal? Ive worked at Chick-fil-A and I know the salads are already made, and they’ve given it to me before during breakfast hours countless times before.

This location has started to go downhill. They need onsite management using the evening shift. I had my drive thru order messed up twice and I had to go inside to get my food which defeats the point of the drive thru. Half my food was cold. I think it’s great they hire very young people but they need managers to guide them. (They’re not too bad during the day. This used to be very well managed and place we are nearly weekly.). I’m going to avoid this location for a while.

Terrible Chick-fil-A with awful customer service. I’m a REGULAR at Chick-fil-A and have been for years. This morning, we were on our way from camping and were about 20mins away so I put through my breakfast order and called them to let them know not to refund/throw out my order as I would he a tad late (and I was ok to eat my breakfast a little lukewarm). They said it was no problem. When I arrived, they said they had not ever put my order through at all, and while the front staff was helpful and supportive, a large man with glasses and a striped shirt decided he should walk in guns blazing declaring boundaries about breakfast – he didn’t even know the situation nor did he ask or give me a chance to explain 1) I ordered breakfast before it ended and 2) I had already called them to make sure it was okay and for them to allow me to pick up my food. He refused to listen, offered zero customer service, did not offer any solutions including a refund or a free order, and WALKED AWAY while I was speaking to him. I will be contacting corporate as well as I drove all the way here and made all the efforts and was told by his staff that breakfast would be here, and it was not. And, he didn’t try to resolve it or even attempt to play nice. Thankfully, his staff was kind to me and let me know he’d take care of the refund. Color me shocked at the typical “My pleasure” motto because this manager offered zero semblance of that. This is not representative of Chick-fil-A or the typical customer service and professionalism I see. You’d expect kindness, listening to the problem, and an attempt to resolve the problem. The manager offered none of that, only a bad attitude and a declaration of boundaries and walking away. Totally disrespectful and unacceptable.

Not your ordinary “fast food” chain! They care about the customers! I came here not knowing what to order, I just told Zach (manager) that I want to spoiled my kids therapist but I don’t have a lot of money to spend. He recommended what he thinks is good for the belly and for my budget. Even gave me free coffee while I wait. He is very patient and not annoyed that I don’t know what I want to order. The staff here truly cares about the customers and not just the sale. And the place is very clean and pretty. Even have real flowers on the table

Food is iconic, of course. What makes it for me is the sweet lady (wish I’d gotten her name) who brought me my food and the girl who refilled my iced tea. And she paid enough attention to me to know I would want extra ice! Also saw the sweet lady above chat with some young teens…loved how she “grand-mothered” them. Hope they appreciated it! A little “real life” at Chick-fil-a.
