Love Chick Fil A! The staff is always friendly and patient with the children. Location held an awesome brunch for the students when my daughter got Citizen of the month. Dining room and bathrooms are clean. Drive thru is quick and location is conveniently located off main road with lots of parking.

The employees here are absolutely phenomenal! They are helpful, caring, efficient, and very professional! Also, if you are going through any personal struggles, they will encourage you with the word of God, kind hugs, smiles, and a lending ear. I’ve never met chick Gil employees like this. They are extremely dedicated and I’m not referring specifically to only the menu items. The menu items are made when you order. If you have specific requests for your meal, the employees always follow them. Their frosted lemonade is always super delicious, every seasonal shakes and drinks that they offer are too. The grilled chicken sandwich is my favorite, and I also really appreciate that. They are never stingy with how many sauces you’d like to order with your meal. They also sell sauce bottles that you can take home with you. The owner of this restaurant, Scott, always follows up with you if you have an issue or concerns in a situation with your orders

I have been to a lot of Chick-fil-a in several states. This was the first in Florida. Food and service was consistent with other locations we have gone to. The seating area was clean and the service was very good. The food was good as always.

My daughter and I needed a quick and delicious lunch while visiting Zephyrhills and stopped into this Chil Fil A. We thought it was new! I picked up my order in 40 degree weather on my motorcycle. I can’t just drive back up there for you to fix the tea that you screwed up. I ordered half sweet tea and it’s not sweat at all… I don’t understand the point of me ordering something specific if you’re just going to give me whatever you feel like. Oh and I had to go back to the counter after being given my food because the salsa was not given for my burritos.

The other day, after leaving the dentist, I stopped by Chick-fil-A to lift my spirits. I noticed again that the young woman taking my order didn’t say “my pleasure.” It’s a “small thing,” but it stayed with me, especially because it’s happened more than once now.
Chick-fil-A has long been known for its foundation in faith, kindness, and servant-hearted values. That simple phrase always felt like more than good customer service, it also reflected humility, love, and the spirit of serving others with grace.
Seeing those little expressions of care fade is saddening. It feels like a reminder that the world is slowly drifting away from the intentional kindness and faith-driven values that once stood out so clearly. I went through drive thru and there was a few vehicles ahead of me, but the service attendants to help take orders were there and were fast and accurate and made sort effort to get my order and on my way to pick up at the window. From there just barely a minute android my way home to enjoy my delicious fresh hot food with ab ice cold drink. GREAT!!! way to end the day. Give it a try,, ENJOY !!! 🙂
