THE PLACE LOOKS AND SMELLS LIKE A PORTA JOHN! (TOLIET)!!!!!!!
Now, about the food!
Was the chicken even fried? I had soggy breading falling off & sticking to the box and lining paper. It’s Easter Sunday! Did u Not plan on having people come in after church?
Only way to resolve this would be for me to go ALL the way back for a refund! ! Why do I have to waste more of my time! Then, when I mentioned it’s Easter Sunday the girl on the other end says “AND”!
Also, not to mention that when I tried calling earlier, all calls were not going through. As if the phone was off the hook.
Then, even when I was there, I ordered through the app., but came into the lobby. I stood at the register and some monster of a woman, Barked at me, “name”. I told her my last name and then demanded my 1st! Then she/it/them/they continued to bark at me…”IT JUST Came In”! Yeah I know! “I JUST PUSHED THE BUTTON”!
Mind you…this place was ABSOLUTELY NOT BUSY!!!!!
Go to the other Bojangels! By Walmart! This one is no better than the run down Arbys up the street! 0⭐️

Currently at this location. Lots of customers are waiting both inside and out in the drive-through. Not much effort seems to be being made by the stay. A lot of standing, walking about, but very little work appears to be going on to serve the customers. Serious lack of leadership and effort.

Restaurant is fine, but I did a curbside order. After waiting 15 minutes and the order wasn’t brought out, I went inside. I saw my order on the counter, but had to approach the staff about it being ready. They did finally hand it to me once I mentioned it. Poor service, unfortunately. Decent food.

This is definitely our preferred Bojangles for drive thru or in store 10/10 but I wouldn’t order pickup again. The first time I did they didn’t see the order and I let that go bc they were very nice about it, the second time I don’t think they noticed that the order was for a later time and maybe went ahead and threw some of the food in the bag an hour early. The fries were soggy (7 min in the air fryer at home almost fixed it but not really) and the bag they were in fell apart in my hands from being so damp. Rest of the food was fine but definitely not fresh.

Waited for food in the drive through for close to 30 minutes on supremes. Finally get food to get home and see hardly any fries, we bo sized and didn’t even get Bo sized so paid for more to not get it. No sauces, the fries were old and chicken wasn’t even hot. Oh and to top it off, no straws? Paid extra and received less than regular price. I don’t think I’ll be back to this location.

At the 14 minute mark for a grilled chicken sandwich. I don’t know why it takes this long to make one sandwich. Walked inside and waiting. They said it’s a minute 30 but in here 5 minutes and still waiting.22 total minutes. Last visit here..

Don’t go in the evenings. You’ll spend $22 & not get the right order, all of your items, no napkins or straw. What you will get is attitude from the employee. If you want all of that….go here.

The chicken biscuit was great. The staff were polite and pleasant. It was the day of the ice storm so the place seemed cold and empty.

told me to go into a curbside and they’d bring my food out to me. 30 minutes later someone came up to my window and asked if I was waiting for food…… then I had to tell them what I ordered. Another 15 minutes later I got my food. They didn’t give me my medium fry but everything else was correct. Never going here again.
