Arrived at 5 pm. Before the rush! Ordering was simple. Chicken sandwich was great! Fries were really neat! Never had seen this kind before: cut like a waffle!! People started coming in with small children. The play room got busy! Double drive thru lanes with two attendends in reflective vests helping people place orders in the lanes. It all appeared to go smoothly with lots of people enjoying their food. I’d definitely come back again if I lived around here!

From the AMAZING Cow inflatable to the actual working play place. This Chick-fil-A has everything.

The drive thru was fast and accurate, and the inside was kept clean, and the food even came out within 2 minutes, and they always check to see if you want your trash thrown away or need a drink refill.

This is restaurant service done, right!! My family will support this location every time we crave Chick-fil-A!

This is a Chick-Fil-A location in Valrico, FL. To be honest, this is the best location in the area. The remodel makes the location clean, and modern. The service here is very good; and got everything done.

The food is very good. The Mac and cheese meets the Chick Fil A standard, as well as the nuggets, and sandwiches. Very good food. Overall, would recommend this location.

I ordered over $45 of food for my son and I through the Chic-fil-A app to make things fast after a long night of coaching my sons soccer practice. Upon arriving home I realized I was missing one classic chicken sandwich that was a reward I used from the app. I tried to report through the app but was unable to, so I called the store to advise of the missed item. I was then given 3 options. Option #1, they would call someone to assist in adding the reward back to my account in the app which would take a few days as there was no manager on duty that could assist. The young woman on the phone sounded unsure and this was after putting me on hold. This didnt sound concrete to me so I declined. Option #2 was they could add a note in their system and I had to return within a week. I dont eat fast food often so I felt rushed to return or I would lose out on my reward. Option #3 was to go back and pick up the missed item. It was disappointing that I had to eat my fries on the way back as they would have just gotten cold at home, and also, so I wouldn’t miss out on my reward. “My pleasure” turned into “Sorry about that” From now on, if you see my vehicle holding up the line, I’m checking my bag…

Super clean place plus fast and friendly service! So far the food is served fresh. I like the waffle fries and the grilled chicken sandwich. My daughter loves the chicken nuggets and fries. We definitely recommend it.
