I am very disappointed today with Carrabba’s. I have been going to this place for years. Always had great food. There was a special today with jumbo lump crab meat and shrimp linguine. My bowl was filled with linguine, 4 shrimp (very easy to count only 4), and ZERO CRAB MEAT. None, not even 1 piece. But we were charged the same price. My companion ordered Rigatoni, which he gets every single time we visit. This time, it wasn’t enough Rigatoni to cover the bottom of the bowl, but it was also the same price we are always charged. I am very disappointed in Carrabba’s this visit. Makes me not want to go back again. You were always one of my favorites.

Today we had a date night at Carrabba’s Italian Grill in Canton Ohio. Our food took a while to come out, and to our surprise, our waitress Maddie was on it!! Without asking, she went and requested the manager, and made it clear that she did not appreciate us having to wait for so long. The manager Doug then came and was so accommodating. Not only did he remove one entree from our bill, he made sure the entire table had dessert( us and the kids). This team gave stellar customer service and they treated us like we were In a five star restaurant while we were there. The food quality also matched the costumer service. As a Chef, when service staff go out of their way to give excellent customer service, it deserves applauded! Thank you Maddie and Doug!!!

Great quality food and service is always very attentive. They run awesome happy hour and weekday specials. So order that Sicilian Prickly Pear Margarita and enjoy your amazingly fresh dishes! On this visit, I had a taste for steak, so I went with the filet and was blown away by how tender and cooked to perfection it was. It always makes me nervous ordering a steak from a restaurant that specializes in Italian or other cuisine, but they made me a believer with this meal! I would also recommend their Four-Cheese and Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms for an appetizer, the Pollo Rosa Maria is delish as well, and the husband’s favorite is the Italian Classic Trio. If I didn’t give the complimentary warm bread and dipping oil with herbs an honorable mention, I’d be doing a disservice! Also as a restaurant located on “The Strip,” we have found if we get there before 5:30 we rarely run into a wait. The waiting area can get busy though beyond that, depending on the night you choose, but it’s beyond worth it! Keep up the great work Carrabba’s Italian Grill!

Ordered takeout. Great curbside service. Order took about 15 minutes and they came out at least three times to ask if I would like a soft drink while I waited and to give me an update. The food was amazingly flavorful and delicious.

Haven’t been to Carrabba’s in years and was definitely expecting better. Overall it was just kinda average. We had a party of 6. A few of us were able to wait at the bar and get drinks which started great. Great service at the bar. There were like 3 hostesses, they set up our table near the bar, but didn’t really communicate we were able to sit, we had to ask. Service at the table was pretty slow. Drinks took to long and could see drinks waiting to be served. Our server mentioned having to get kids cups from Outback. It also took entirely to long to get butter and was told that the salad prep was behind who gets butter… The food was pretty average as well. I had the chicken Alfredo which seemed to be clumped together. A bit too much sauce drowned the dish. The restaurant was clean, seemed well staffed, everyone in uniform, just expected more from service and food quality.

We had a lovely waitress when we went yesterday. My family enjoyed our sangrias and the pomegranate martini was delicious too. I got the Pollo Rosa Maria. It was very tasty, but the sauce on my chicken came out a little cold.

Our waiter Michael was awesome. He was timely and knew when to come over like he knew we needed something. Absolute gold standard of what a waiter should be. Food was so good that my grandmother started crying because she hasn’t had a night out in a long time. I will undoubtedly be back at the restaurant. Be sure and ask for Michael you will not be disappointed.

We had a family meal at Carrabba’s following a funeral, and everything was handled wonderfully by the manager and the restaurant. I really appreciate how kind everyone was. All of the food came out quickly and everything was perfect. The temperature, the taste, the consistency. I would come back to this restaurant any time.
