For the first time in 5 years, food I’ve gotten from chick fil a looked concerning. This bread has mold, is poorly baked, and VERY powdery.
Friends who work BOH, I understand that cfa is very fast paced and you guys have high expectations regarding how long people wait for their orders. But you gotta pay close attention to what you guys do. PLEASE. This is ppls healthy and money!

Today my friend and I entered this establishment to nourish our bodies on the fine food that Chick-fil-A is. My friend had approached the counter first and ordered their meal which consisted of a Chick-fil-A sandwich and fries. Now, I have been to several other Chick-fil-A establishments (all managed by Brent baillio)so we are aware of how it goes when we order something off of the lunch menu, while they are still working off of their breakfast menu. The cashier informs my friend that ordering off of the lunch menu will be a 8-9 minute wait. To which my friend said was “totally coolio”. As I was delivering my order to the cashier which consisted of a spicy Chick-fil-A sandwich and a normal Chick-fil-A biscuit. I was then denied my order from the cashier. Now both my friend and I are completely fine with a wait especially when it’s our favorite food that nourish our bodies. But it was vehemently traumatizing to of been denied while my friend in front got their sandwich completely fine. While upset that I didn’t get my order, my mother (god rest her soul ) taught me not to cry over the things that could’ve been. I modified my order to suit the desires of the kitchen. Upon receiving my receipt, my friend and I made our way to a table and waited for our food. From there I had promptly received my food. Now while both my friend and I waited for their food it felt like time was passing along, in fact it felt like much more time then initially expected had passed. I had finished my food, my friend sitting across from me withering away. We looked at the clock 15 minutes had passed. Exchanging looks we know that the kitchen sometimes takes longer than expected. As the 20 minutes approached on the clock since we had ordered I then knew something had to be done. I got up from my table to go and ask about this damn chicken sandwich. I go up to their small entrance counter where I am ignored for several minutes. While standing up at that counter I hear the one girl talking about a chicken sandwich. Now I know that sandwich is my friends as she’s reading over the ticket she realizes that SHE FORGOT TO DROP THE FRIES. Hearing what had transpired I realized we are looking at an eternity before my poor friend receives their food. At that moment an epiphany. One of the girls acknowledged my existence and asked how she may help. While I told her I was waiting on the sandwich but understanding that I then decided to make the best of an already egregious situation. I asked for ketchup, mayo, and buffalo sauce. The girl then proceeded to hand one of each. Now I under Chick-fil-A culture and the need to hoard their Chick-fil-A branded sauces. But to hand me only one mayo and one ketchup packed??? Utterly ridiculous. Returning to my the table to wait another eon for this sandwich. Finally after another 10mins (34min total) we have received my friends order. Receiving the order haphazardly in a Togo bag when told the order was for here. In fact when I was at the counter I saw the sandwich sitting on a tray. Meaning they decided to change it all on their own accord. The gentleman delivering out food casually hand a “free meal ticket” while for this IMMENSE inconvenience I do feel as though it could had been much better handled if the manager who was working would have came over to apologize to us personally.
Understanding this, I would not go back to this location given that this establishment neglects their customers on a “we’ll get to it when we get to it” situation. I will continue to visit any of the other locations managed by Brent baillio. This one is CLEARLY not up to my nor my friend’s standards.
Attached are receipts photos and the ketchup and mayo

Ordered a medium fry and this is what I received. Legit 6 pieces, not even a full container. When I went back around I was told “this is usually the amount that comes in it” and whoever the girl was at the window had an attitude about it as if I was inconveniencing her, and just topped it off with old fries (I originally ordered no salt). I always come here, and have never been skimped on fries, nor did I receive a single apology. Definitely not the service I’m used to receiving at this location

Everything at Chick-fil-A was pretty good. I don’t normally eat this kind of fast food myself, but my kids love it. The chicken — whatever they bake it in — was actually really tasty according to them, though the rest of the food was just okay. The service was excellent: everyone was polite, friendly, and super professional. Overall, the place looks clean and well-run. I still wouldn’t personally recommend fast food to anyone, but if you’re already planning to eat this kind of stuff, this is definitely the place to go — you won’t go wrong.

Staff were very friendly and greeted customers as they entered. I did a mobile pick up order and upon arrival my food was ready for pick up. The sauce was open in my bag and made a small spill. The staff member politely gave me a new sauce and replaced the napkins. Overall my experience was good.

Most incompetent CFA. Waited 20 minutes for a single take out item. Once I asked about it the staff and managers treated me like I was just an impatient Uber Eats driver and not a near daily customer. After I asked the lady manager she just walked away and didn’t check up on it. I had to ask again. Only then did I discover the single item I ordered wasn’t even available. When were they planning on telling me? Then they acted like it was impossible for them to refund my order. I just left without worrying about the refund. Terrible managers who think they’re above working the lines apparently.

By far and away the worst chic fil a. This isn’t just one complaint. I’ve amounted about 4-5 gift cards because they take about 10-15 minutes to bring out a 3 item order, every time. They make me wait at the window for 5-10 minutes, hand me the gift card, and make me pull around to the front and wait an additional 5-10 minutes.

It is so difficult to just get a fillet of warm chicken and asking for it on the side creates a huge problem, why would I want my warm chicken on a cold salad. I didn’t think that was asking for too much.
I was first told that they could not do it they were busy that’s from the guy filling the orders then I was told they will have to remake it However they were already cut into strips never served as a fillet.
Made me wait and gave me the same strips of chicken.
Did not equal a full fillet.

Yummy you cant go wrong with a freshly made Chick-fil-A sandwich. This location has a small play area as well. You can order the food of the counter and they will bring it to you to the table great service and good food.

This location does not meet the Chick-fil-A standard and you can tell. This place use to be so busy but you can tell business has slowed. I blame the management. For example, you used to be able to request extra sauce. I always offer to pay for the extra because I know it’s not free for the restaurant. The cashier (who was very nice) mentioned that they do have a sauce limit and they are not allowed to charge me for extra. So I can’t even buy extra sauce? Is they 50 cent sauce, which you can charge for, worth losing a customer?
