Went today on my door dash job. Arrived at 5:30 and provided the manager with my order name . 30 minutes later after other orders were fulfilled she expressed she did not have my order. And showed no care in the world , customer stated door dash said it was being prepared and showed me clear proof with this location address. Which door dash lead me to as well. But the manager made no effort to look into this or apologize for my wait. I. was patient and did not yell but no effort was made to assist me.

Be cautions when ordering online from this Chick Fil A. The first time they forgot an order of french fries. The second time they forgot an entree item. It is pretty disappointing. Every time I go in person it is great. Just do not order online.

Parking is snug and drive thru is packed, the parking lot itself is small. The inside is not as busy as drive thru, but the atmosphere isn’t the same as all the other Chick-fil-A’s I have been to. This particular Chick-fil-A is not as welcoming or clean. The employee that took my order was fast and friendly, I believe his name was Darnell. He was the best part about my visit as he was knowledgeable and on point. Although, my order was taken correctly I am not a fan of the two sauce rule at this location. I even asked to pay for the other two sauces I needed but inorder to get more sauce I had to buy a whole bottle, which is a bit ridiculous. The fries were hot and tasted great but I order a large and it wasn’t a full thing of fries. The wrap I bought went up a lot on price, but it had very little chicken in it and was mainly romaine.
Overall I am very disappointed in my visit here and will not be coming back to this one, but I love Chick-fil-A food and sweet tea so I would recommend skipping this location and going to another one.

Today was the release day of Chick-fil-A’s new sandwich with pimento cheese sauce on it. I made the mistake of driving over to give it a try. I was actually kind of excited about it since I like pimento cheese.
Well…. I could have saved myself a trip… and now I am trying to save you a trip. You’d think on the release date they would try and do it up right… but everything about my sandwich was not so great.
First… the amount of sauce was ridiculous… and didn’t even cover half the bun. Which really wasn’t all that bad since I did not find it nice tasting at all. I ate half of it and threw the rest away.
In addition to that disappointment… the fries AND chicken were overcooked and dry. It seems to me that Chick-fil-A has gone the way of the other fast food restaurants where no effort is made toward excellence. Oh well… I used to really enjoy their food and visited a couple of times a month. Now? A time or two per year… and that might be too often.

Every time I come here I feel unwelcome by the girls in the morning. I wasn’t going to say anything since I just figured they weren’t morning people or they had a bad day or are just not naturally cheery/friendly people. I just hate that every time I go there and give my name, they look at me and sigh heavily like I’m the biggest inconvenience; as you watch them go from cheery and friendly to as cold as the ice in my drinks.
But for that 2 visits I’ve received food that was cold and terrible. Mushy bread and soggy crusted chicken with hashbrowns that are drowning in grease to the point where even the bottom of the bag is socked and threatening to tear apart. But when my daughter opened a new account and we went the food was fine. Interesting.

I had an incredible experience at Chick-fil-A recently, all thanks to the amazing manager, Ivy. From the moment I walked in, her positive energy stood out and let me just say, she was clearly pregnant, but you would’ve never known by the way she was moving around and handling everything like a pro.
Ivy was warm, professional, and so attentive. You could tell she truly cared about the customer experience and her team. Even during what seemed like a busy rush, she stayed calm, composed, and genuinely kind. She greeted guests, supported her staff, and made sure everything was running smoothly ,all while rocking that baby bump like a boss!
It’s rare to see that kind of dedication and positivity, and it really made my visit memorable. Big shoutout to Ivy for going above and beyond .

I come here at lunch for the drive through. Extremely fast and efficient. Of course the food is always awesome. Eating in, is your typical fast food restaurant dining area. Pretty quiet and clean.

Ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and they said that they don’t have a lettuce and tomato to put in – they removed 0.40$ from my order but the naked burgers are ridiculous. If they don’t have a BASIC products why they don’t close it until it’s delivered to them. Don’t sell people naked sandwiches!

They have the best staff here! The line can be long, but it moves very quickly so you don’t end up waiting any longer than a short line at some other place. They’re very organized so the speed of the service is optimal while the employees are super nice and personable. I definitely recommend this restaurant for the food and this location for the staff.
