There was a MULTITUDE of hungry folks waiting for their food. The supervisor (blonde young lady who wore a different top from all the others) was calm, poised, and handled the crowd with a courtesy worth mentioning. It was rare and beautiful to see. Wish I remembered her name.

Chic fil a is always my go to. Got the grilled chicken sandwich and the bun was so stale it literally disintegrated. I am not one to ever complain or send food back but was so disappointed. Went and told them and they said because I had eaten off of it they couldn’t do anything. My husband then took it back and had words with the manager. So after them telling us no twice I went back and let the manager know how dissatisfied I was. Then go to the restroom, he proceeds to chase me down with an employee to give me a sandwich that I now would not accept. They threw it in the trash in front of me! Worst service I have ever experienced anywhere in my life. Will never go back there!

What can I say about Chick-fil-A other than it’s the best chicken you’ll ever buy. My wife and I come here all the time and the food is always amazing. The staff is always friendly and eager to help. Many times they’ve come to the table and actually refilled our drinks without us having to ask. They always keep the place clean, the bathrooms are clean, and the parking lot is clean. The food is amazing and the best chicken sandwich you’ll buy anywhere. I would strongly recommend anybody who wants a great chicken sandwich or an amazing shake to stop by your local Chick-fil-A today.

They gave us our barbecue sauce, and then the manager came to our vehicle and said they gave us to many packages and demanded that we give them back, so we did ! To bad for whoever got our germs once they were in our vehicle.

We placed an order via the app, and even though this location is inside the mall, we didn’t have to find parking and go in. We waited in one of the 15-minute spots and our order was brought out to us very promptly and with a smile. Food was delicious as always. You never go wrong with Chick-fil-A, even in the mall.

Didn’t receive the full order. My chicken sandwich was so burnt that I couldn’t eat it. Called the manager and she said there was nothing she could do since it was a third party order even though her staff was the one that put the order together. Not Uber eats!
