It’s in the mall..so atmosphere is mall food court..as expected. Food is always great, fresh and hot. Orders are still taken in the line, so process is pretty quick. Everyone was very nice, even though busy.

the worst employees ever. I had ordered to pick up and said it was ready. I go to pick it up and they gave me attitude saying it wasn’t ready. I told them it was cause in the app it said it was done. they said “well it’s not”. I asked for sauce for my salad and they didn’t give me any. This is the 3rd time this happens. They give you attitude. they cant even give your complete order.

We ordered curbside. We ordered 1 original sandwich, but received a spicy sandwich and got the smallest amount of pimento possible and no honey on one of the pimento sandwiches we ordered. This restaurant also charges like 25% more for everything compared to other Chick-fil-A restaurants in the area. So disappointed. Will never come to this location again

I, like many people in the south am a huge fan of this place. The staff are above the rest. They will make you feel good! It’s their calling. The chicken is blessed. It is tender and juicy and just the way that chicken should be. I prefer the tenders, but to each their own. The sandwiches and nuggets are great too. Chic Fil A sauce is everything and you should put it on everything. Oh, and they don’t charge you extra for it, like Zaxbys does. CFA is a good place. I wish I was there right now as you’re reading this.

Good luck going this location on your lunch break. They take forever to provide service, especially in the drive-thru. I went inside to get a cookies and cream milkshake and it was the thickest milkshake ever. Plus, I had to wait 15 mins for it to be made.

The chicken is soooo good. My daughter loves this place. The service is quick and friendly. They have a lot of people working and they all seem to work like a well oiled machine. The chicken nuggets were really good. Prices are fair. This location is in the food pavilion of the mall. It seemed like it was the busiest restaurant there. Plenty of parking.

I watched a man get my order and play around in the bag. I asked them to not give me the touched food, but they did anyways. My chicken sandwich was raw in the middle and now I feel the urge to vomit.
