The weekday staff in the morning is incredibly slow. Almost intentionally. The line for the drive through is wrapped around the building daily. Today like usual.. they have 1 person taking orders. If you plan to stop here on your way to work.

Ordered from this location this evening. I’m so glad we waited to get home to eat. My husband opened his 8-count nuggets and found one nugget wrapped up in a long curly black hair. How does this even happen?! Smh!

Thank you for the refund. But cant help to complaint about the girls in your drive thru. Its work not an ulta show. No need to apply make up on the drive thru. How about girls dont wear make up. They look like clowns on the drive thru. Way to much and yet they apply more. Let me get my sandwich already SMH

I have been to hundreds of Chick-fil-a locations and this one takes first place in being the absolute slowest restaurant by far. I even thought ahead and placed my order by mobile app. When I get to the window they claim my order wasn’t ‘pushed through’ properly. NOT MY FAULT!!
I went to the drive thru just like I was instructed to do. I told the attendant that I had a mobile order and my name and he told me to pull forward which I did. After finally making it to the window, they gave me a deer in the headlights look and said my order was not pushed through to please pull over and wait. We got it. All in all I spent well over 20 minutes when at any other store it would usually take anywhere from 3 to 5 minutes…. tops.
I went straight to my room to eat and the sandwich was over cooked and as crunchy as ever. I cannot even think of anything to compare the two items to.

Ive been coming to this location for 3 years now. I come about once a week. They have always been perfect. I told people its the only fast food place that never messes up. I’m not sure if management changed or what but literally the last four times in a row Ive gone now, they have messed up my order which has obviously been quite disappointing. Also a few weeks ago I had someone who looked like they were in charge, not in a uniform, just hold up food to my window, not even looking in my direction nor speaking, so I grabbed it and then waited a moment before telling him to have a good day, got no response, got home to realize half my order was missing. I hope they get back to better service so I can change this review because its the only fast food I can grab after work without getting sick. I also work in the food industry and in customer service so I understand the challenges but please do better

This place is always on point! Staff is friendly and They always check my order to make sure it’s not messed up. The staff always looks clean, cut and are polite.
This is one place, where you don’t see, weirdos on the window with all sorts of face-tattoos, and “creepy looking stuff” piercing all over the place and unpolished. Here it looks like everybody gets looked at in the morning or when they come in. That’s what makes a difference between a successful and good reputation place to eat.. it’s OK that they don’t open on Sundays. I can wait until the next day.!

Great food and great service! Food was freshly made and hot. Everything tasted great, and the portion of the food was comparable to the price. I highly recommend the egg white grill for breakfast with honey roasted BBQ sauce. It’s not given enough praise among the other popular breakfast staples, i.e. chicken biscuits, The grilled chicken breakfast burrito is also another great option. Love this place. Always a go-to for breakfast, lunch, and/dinner.

On three different occasions they have missed an item for my take out order. I order because the kids enjoy their food, but it’s the last time. I don’t understand why it is so difficult to verify the order is correct.
