Love, love, love this Chick-fil-A location!
AJ & Hope are simply wonderful! We had a cranky child and newborn (my beautiful nieces), and both were very patient and kind to our familia.
Store is always busy and packed but service has NEVER failed me, once. I drive 30 mins to visit family and we are regulars at this location.
Atmosphere is peaceful, Food has always been cooked correctly, floors and restrooms are always CLEAN and spotless.
P.S. Special shoutout to whomever thought of the wonder gesture of placing a drawer in the women’s restroom, stocked with extra famine products and even baby diapers, Top Tier!

I placed an order for delivery through the app. I was so disappointed when I opened my bag and saw the fries. I payed for a medium. Where’s the rest of my fries?? So disappointing when they don’t fill up the box. Should’ve just given me a small.

Worst Chick-fil-a experience. I ordered light ice and got no ice. My tea was not even slighly cold, it was warm and tasted like it sat out on the counter all night. I asked for honey mustard, didn’t get anything. And they used the smallest filet of chicken on my sandwich. Not worth the time or money.

Paid extra for double egg whites and this is what I was given. Operators at this establishment need to be trained. I called and spoke to a very rude manager who wasn’t helpful and even threatened to hang up the phone on me.

I have been to this CFA twice now and both times I specify Colby Jack cheese and they always give me an incorrect non spicy one with the wrong cheese right off the shelf despite the bag literally specifying the order. I wanted to assume it was just a mistake the first time but this is now the second time the worker just carelessly grabs a random sandwich without checking the order.

I’m not a big fan of leaving bad reviews—especially for Chick-fil-A, which is one of my favorite places to eat. I usually go more than three times a week. Unfortunately, this experience was disappointing enough that I felt it needed to be shared. On January 22nd, I had family visiting the U.S. for the first time after a long international trip. On the way home, they wanted something quick to eat. One of the kids had heard about Raising Cane’s, but since the closest one was a bit far, I suggested Chick-fil-A so they could try it. When we arrived, we walked into the lobby to order. The employees immediately spoke to us in an upset tone and told us the lobby was closed and that it closes at 9:00 PM—even though we had already been inside for 5–7 minutes, and there were two separate families and another couple still eating inside at the time. We were told to leave the lobby, order through the drive-thru, and then sit outside on the patio in the dark. What made this even more upsetting was how we were greeted and treated. I tried to speak with a manager, but she refused and again told us to leave and use the drive-thru. This wasn’t just frustrating—it was embarrassing, especially in front of my guests who had just gotten off a 7-hour international flight. We ended up leaving and driving 30 minutes to the Raising Cane’s in Altamonte Springs, where we were welcomed with smiles, allowed to order inside, and enjoyed a great atmosphere. This Chick-fil-A location is near the airport and surrounded by hotels, so the way we were treated does not reflect well on Orlando or how visitors are welcomed to the city. I reached out the next day to speak with a manager. He took my name, phone number, and membership status and said he would follow up after speaking with his manager. Today marks 14 days, and I never received a call back. I do have the names of the employees involved, but I chose not to include them here. I’m sharing this because I genuinely love Chick-fil-A and hope this location can do better in the future.

Food is this location is always fresh but honestly the best part is the service, a shout out to the team members on this location, they are super polite and always welcome you with a smile. They seem to always perform their job with pride and joy. Eat at this chick fila with confidence, your food will be great and you will be treated very nicely.

Brianna and the person beside her (missed her name) were both so nice and accommodating to me and my family with their sweetest of smiles that matched their awesome attitude! Really hoping to have more businesses with that kind of attitude. Okay.. Shift to the place and cleanliness of it. Everything from outside tables and parking to inside floors, tables and play areas were amazingly clean! Including the washroom! Love the sight of the plastic sheet for placemat for the kids. Food was good too!! One thing maybe for the nuggets, we feel that it has more extenders than actual chicken. Just like mcd’s. Not complaining, I just see chick-fil-A a notch higher than competitors, that’s all. Seeing some Christian values is good as well, keep that up.
Coming from Canada, it would’ve been lovely to see a store or multiple franchises here!

So I entered my order via the app for drive thru pick up at 10:15am. It was a breakfast order. When I arrived in the drive thru at 10:32, I was told my order was cancelled because it was 2 minutes after breakfast. My card was charged but because I arrived after 10:30, I wasn’t served breakfast. I asked for a refund and it didn’t appear until the next morning. Not good at all!

Always a great option for a quick bite. Last time (like most times) I enjoyed a spicy deluxe meal with fries and a side of grilled nuggets from this location.
The food was as always high quality at low prices, and I enjoyed everything. The location was nice and clean in the middle of the dinner rush (I arrived around 7pm), including the bathrooms. Always love Chick-fil-A for a quick cheap bite, and this location is very convenient for me, so I’m sure I’ll be back soon.
