Their food is delicious as always. When it comes to beverages, I particularly love the sweet iced tea even during cold weather.
The staff give excellent customer service. They are friendly and respectful. The service is prompt, and that is important to me, especially when I’m famished. I always feel at home when I eat there.

The food remains delicious and affordable. The customer service continues to be efficient and courteous. The staff that takes care of the food order via drive through bear the heat of the sun with a smile, while we sit in our cool air vehicle waiting for our meal. My heart goes out to them. Chick-fil-A is very lucky to have employees who are dedicated to giving GREAT CUSTOMERS SERVICE!!!

Summer drinks are awesome. They satisfy your thirst. They come in different flavors and colors. They make you feel like you’re in Paradise. Really, the taste takes you places. I tasted all of them. You should too!

We go and eat at Chick-fil-A for the awesome customer service that the staff gives to the patron. They are always happy and energetic to serve you. Never a dull moment.
And I’m happy to note that the staff are actually taking a break out of their busy time.

This franchise gets my order wrong about half the time. Shocker theres always less than i paid for and never more! Maybe they know most people will just take it on the chin and not complain? The food is always great (it’s fried chicken and french fries so pretty hard to mess up) but i would love to receive the items i pay for. I don’t want to hold up the line hand counting pieces of chicken but maybe that’s the only way to ensure I’m not paying more for no reason!

I had a very disappointing experience at this Chick-fil-A location. From what I could tell, there were at least two new employees in training, and unfortunately, they seemed unsure of what they were doing. We waited in line for a long time before anyone took our order.
When I finally placed my order, I clearly asked for a sausage, egg, and cheese muffin. However, I was given a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit instead. I didn’t realize the mistake until I got home, which was frustrating because it wasn’t the item I wanted.
The order was taken by a young, skinny, blonde-haired male employee whose name I didn’t catch. Unfortunately, he did not take my order correctly, and the lack of proper training was very evident throughout the visit.
Between the long wait, the incorrect order, and the overall lack of organization, I did not have a good experience and will not be returning to this location.

I am so very disappointed in this restaurant. I work not far from this location at the hospital. On my lunch break I decided to go and hear there. I ordered a 8 piece GRILLED nugget meal, with kale as the substitute for fries. I get to the window and the nuggets aren’t done. Okay, cool no biggie, but SEVERAL minutes went by and I was still waiting for my nuggets. All the time I’m waiting the employees are gathered around just talking, not seeming to care that I had been waiting. Finally, I got the nuggets, and I asked the worker if a fork was in the bag for my kale crunch. She said yes. I get out of the line only to discover that the fork was in fact NOT in the bag. I had to go back around and wait for a fork. Opened the nuggets and they were not grilled!! I won’t be returning.

The staff made my experience feel personal and everyone working there seemed genuinely happy working there! I even asked their opinion about which coffee I should get and they were very insightful and recommended the mocha- absolutely loved! The chicken biscuit was a warm and buttery and a perfect way to start the day!

I’ve never been treated this well at any fast-food place (McDonald’s, Wendy’s, Chick-fil-A, etc.) like I was here. They come to your table to check if everything is okay, offer to refill your drink, and even ask if they can take your trash once you’re done. Everyone is very friendly, and the place is extremely clean.

Always a pleasure going there. Friendly staff and fast service as they’re located in a busy area; during lunchtime (weekdays) you may have to be on the drive-up a little longer than usual, however, they manage to give fast service and they have extra crew out on the lot guiding traffic in order to run smoothly.
