I ordered a Spicy Fillet Cobb Salad from Chic Fil A through uber eats from this location around 12:02pm, I received my order at 12:20pm. As I was eating the salad I found a lady bug in my salad. I called the store and spoke to a manager who disregarded my concerns and when I asked to file a complaint all she said was that they can offer me a new salad which I declined because it made no sense for me to get another salad possibly from the same batch as the one they gave me that had the bug in it. She told me the salads come “pre cut and pre washed” . Any store that you buy pre made salad you WASH the lettuce before preparing the salad. Regardless of not washing their lettuce because it’s already “pre washed” , When preparing it, I don’t understand how one would not noticed a LADY BUG in the lettuce prior to mixing ingredients in it. Which also leads me to believe there is multiple packaging of salads with bugs in it that they are not properly cleaning or checking for. I have never complained about food service but this is just outrageous and disgusting and the fact that there was no sense of care of what happened was really an eye opener. DO BETTER.

We went to this location to attend their
touch-a-truck event. My daughter had so much fun and we ate inside after, the staffs are very friendly and helpful especially the two seniors in the dining area! There is a queue but the cashiers are very efficient and the line is moving fast. The orders are bought to the table fast too, so not a long wait even if there’s a lot of customers.

I like this location because they have lots of events for the community! Hope they have playarea for kids tho

This has been by far the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to in my entire life I am a registered nurse that works at a nearby hospital so this is the only Chick-fil-A I can go to and I place mobile orders in advance so that I can just grab my bag and leave when I arrived to this Chick-fil-A I was informed that my food was thrown in the garbage by staff because I took too long to pick it up after I paid for it. I didn’t understand why they would do this it was completely ridiculous they did offer to remake the meal but I didn’t have time to wait for the food they should have at least offered to give me a gift card or pay for my meal since it was discarded after I spent my hard-earned money on it . when I express my concerns about the inconvenience the teenage staff smirked laughed in my face as if it was funny they were very unprofessional immature and disrespectful I decided to get the location a break I came back a week later and the same thing happened without the laughing ,. The management of this location needs to have a conversation with the staff about professionalism and personal and professional growth things happen in business but this kind of behavior is disgusting and unprofessional . It is also completely disgusting to throw food in the garbage when there are homeless people in the area that don’t have food and people in third world countries that don’t have access to Quality nutrition and this location just discards customer food after it’s already been paid for .unfortunately I will continue to come to this Chick-fil-A because it is my only option in Lake County but I am very disappointed and disgusted by the immature giggly and disrespectful staff. My hopes in writing this review is that management will have a productive dialogue with the staff about how to interact with customers address concerns and not laugh in people’s faces if they plan on advancing past Chick-fil-A in their life and careers they will need to learn this.

EDIT: I have gone to this chickfila twice since I originally wrote this review. The orders were both complete! I changed the stars from 2 to 5.

I went to this chickfila twice in one day. Both times they messed up our order. First time was wrong drinks. Second time they forgot to give us fries with meals. The food is good, but the service is poor.

Chick-fil-A is always great. My partner and I visited this location and overheard a training going on and were impressed by how much they genuinely care about their interactions and presentation to their customers. I didn’t get the trainer’s name, but we spoke with him and this team is genuinely proud of what they do and that’s awesome and commendable for a fast food restaurant. Thanks for a great experience as always!

I’ve have taken my daughter to Chick-fil-A every week since she was 1.5-2 years old. She’s 14 today! When yall were down for remodel was the worst time of her life LOL. We were the first customers after each remodel. I’ve never missed a week of going. Some of the staff recognize us, haha! As crazy as it sounds I’ve actually turned down job offers because I wouldn’t be able to take her on our weekly breakfast run. Anytime you ask her “what do you want to eat” she always says “CHICK-FIL-A”. There’s honestly no point of asking anymore LOL. We probably should buy stocks in Chick-fil-A at this point.

Thank you Chick-fil-A for always being courteous and not rushing our orders like other fast food chains. I appreciate all of you and for always taking the time to make our meals a little extra special.

Chick-fil-A always delivers when it comes to tasty food, and my recent visit was no different. I ordered the chicken strip meal, and it was delicious, just like every time I go there. The chicken strips were crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and full of flavor. The fries were hot and fresh, and the dipping sauces added an extra burst of flavor to the meal.

The service was quick and friendly, which I’ve come to expect from Chick-fil-A. Even though the restaurant was busy, the staff was polite and efficient, making sure the orders were accurate and the food came out fast.

One of the things I appreciate about Chick-fil-A is the consistency. No matter which location I go to, I can always count on a good meal and excellent service. The restaurant was clean, and the overall experience was positive.

If you’re looking for a tasty meal with great service, Chick-fil-A is a solid choice. The chicken strip meal definitely hit the spot, and I’ll be back for more soon.

What can I say? Chick-fil-A is excellence in motion ! Everybody that works there is well-trained! The store is very clean, and comfortable. Restrooms clean and the parking lots. You need a good meal, this is the place you got to go to !!!!

I ordered from DoorDash, and I am extremely unhappy with my order. I specifically requested a sweet tea, but I received unsweetened tea instead. On top of that, the drink arrived without a DoorDash safety seal or sticker, and it appears that some of the drink was missing when it was delivered. This is a major safety concern. Without a protective seal, there is no way to know whether the drink was tampered with. A driver or anyone else could have drank from it, spit in it, or put something in it, which is completely unacceptable. I spoke with a manager today at approximately 7:30 on Wednesday, January 14th, and was told there is nothing she can do and that they do not use safety seals or stickers for DoorDash orders. That response alone is extremely alarming. I also informed her that I would further educate this issue by reporting it to the Department of Health, at which point she stated that she was not going to give me her name and that she does not have to if she does not want to. That is extremely inappropriate behavior from a manager. You would think a manager would be more concerned about a serious food safety issue than she was. Maybe her management position should be given to someone who actually wants the responsibility and takes customer safety seriously. As a DoorDash driver myself, I know for a fact that we are not even allowed to pick up a drink unless it has a safety seal or sticker on it. This is a serious violation of food safety protocols and extremely dangerous. Because of this, I do not feel safe consuming the drink at all. I pay a lot of money to have my food delivered through DoorDash, and the bare minimum expectation is that my order is made correctly and that basic safety standards are followed. This issue will be reported to the Department of Health, as this is a serious food safety concern. I am requesting a replacement drink that is properly sealed or a refund, and I expect this matter to be taken seriously.
