I’ve been a vegetarian for a long time, but Chick-fil-A in Niceville is the one place where I’ll actually make an exception. The food is just that good. Even if you aren’t eating the chicken, their Mac & Cheese and Waffle Fries are 10/10, but honestly, the quality of their service is what keeps me coming back.
They are incredibly fast and efficient, even when the drive-thru line is wrapped around the building. I also really appreciate that they offer a military discount (usually a free drink or a percentage off depending on the day), which is so helpful in this town. The staff is always polite—true to their ‘my pleasure’ reputation—and the facility is always clean. Whether you’re a strict vegetarian or just a chicken fan, you can’t go wrong here. Best fast food in Niceville, hands down

This particular day I believe there were a couple young ladies that didn’t like my Trump hat. The sassy attitues were the cue. Ordered two spicey chicken value meals. Waited about 10 minutes as 10 vehicles passed me. Was asked to move up twice. Got a smug “enjoy your evening” and soggy food without explaining the long wait. Don’t wear Trump attire or don’t go all.

This is a special treat for my 2 year old son.
I love to hear him say what he wants and he gets excited wanting in the drive thru. I enjoy that the food is pretty good taste wise for fast food and that the drive thru is always fast no matter how busy they are.

Usually have a good experience with this store but yesterday I ordered a chicken breakfast bowl combo and immediately after eating this meal I became sick (nauseated/headache/upset stomach) and had to leave work early, I didn’t have any other food than the chick Fila meal because I was too afraid to eat anything else. Later that night I went back to the same store thinking maybe if I ate something light I’d feel better so I purchased a salad. Never got around to eating it because late that night I became violently ill and throwing up all night. I had only eaten the Chick-fil-A breakfast so it was the only thing that could have caused my sickness. This morning I called the store up to tell the manager of my horrible experience and was sent to the voicemail so I left a voicemail. Then I went back to the store to speak with someone in person and to get a refund on the salad that I never ate and the manager (red curlyhaired lady) basically disregarded my whole situation and told me that I have to wait to receive a callback and she couldn’t refund the salad either even though I brought it completely untouched backtothe store. Long story short I will NOT be going back to this location they don’t care about their customers well being or the money that was WASTED on this food that had me bent over the toilet all night! Damon, have some respect for veterans and active duty soldiers when they come through the drive thru, you handed me food said the name after then snatched it from my hand and called it garbage when realizing you gave it to the wrong customer. Show accountability and be professional.

Place was absolutely filthy when we went last week. I remembered as I sit in the fort walton location there isn’t a dirty table in here and the staff have smiles which is not the experience we had in niceville. Will most likely avoid this location.

My husband and I picked up dinner through the drive through. His chicken nuggets and fries were fine but I opened my salad and there were dead flies directly on top. Unfortunately we didn’t catch this until we made it home to eat. Makes me question the cleanliness of this establishment and how fresh the food is. Two stars only because our cashier, Bobby, was very friendly.
