This is the slowest Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. In case no one can see it, this is the Pace, FL location. I even told the manager this. I was extremely disappointed to wait 20 minutes in the drive-through which was not that busy. I had a mobile order and the food was fine but they seemed extremely disorganized and I was not pleased at all with the service. The people were friendly enough, just the speed compared to other Chick-fil-A’s was absolutely ridiculous.

I’ve lived in this area my whole life and this Chikfila was always a great one until they remodeled. Very sad to say that after the remodel I’ve given them multiple chances and I haven’t been pleased with any of my visits. They need to be training all the new employees much better because the food and service hasn’t been as good. I wish they wouldn’t have remodeled for such a long time or at least did something to keep all the original employees. Very sad to lose one of my favorite Chikfilas that I have always known. They truly need to step up their game.

Past 2 times visiting this location they have shorted me an entire chicken sand which. They have fixed it after the fact once I could make it back up there but NO ONE apologized for their error and I had my receipt in hand. It’s the only location in our area so check your bag before driving off.
