We’ve dined at several Chick-fil-A locations and this is our favorite. The convenience of being inside a food court is a plus.
The order was taken immediately as we approached the counter. The food came out faster than we expected.
At lunch hour the tables are at a premium. It got crowded very quickly. Kudos to the cleaning crew. They were on top of it.

20 minutes for 3 pieces of chicken! Come one people. Service was greatly delivered by Aiden (the 5 stars is for him) who was in training, so much so that I told him to apply at Wells Fargo when he turns 18 but the rest was a dumpster fire. Disorganized kitchen staff giving orders that were placed after mine. I specifically ordered the 3 piece cause you can’t make mistakes but I was wrong. Refried chicken the size of nuggets, without the sauce I asked for. Pathetic really, do yourself a favor and fire the manager for lack of training.

Worst location in Pensacola. I received cold nuggets and soggy clearly refried fries. This is probably the worst chic fil a experience I’ve ever had. Also the staff at this location are not friendly at all.

The chicken filet was really good but after I drunk half the coffee I started getting grains in my mouth(so disgusted) whomever brew that coffee knew the filter was not in properly and then you serve product like this to your customers expecting a good review. That ruined the whole experience The coffee isn’t that great as it is but I need my coffee with my breakfast and this is what we get. I’m sure others have a mouth full of grains as well!

The chicken is hard as a rock. Looks and taste like it has sat under a lamp for hours. Absolutely terrible. The fries are soggy. I’ve never been to a chick-fil-a that was like this. I won’t be going back for sure.

Maybe someone should sit down the young ladies and explain to them that customer service is always pleasant and about the customer. It’s not messy or caddy and it certainly isn’t petty like leaving someone’s order on the counter to get cold
