I ordered 14 breakfast sandwiches for an early morning pickup. They were done on time, nicely wrapped, with plenty of extra sauces and napkins. Superior quality was evident in every bite. The PT clinic where I took the food was very appreciative and raved about how good the food was.

Geeze-Louise, Chick-fil-A. I know we’re all falling on hard times but do you think you could not cut corners and I could get my money’s worth on the food I ordered??

4 sips of Lemonade because there was so much ice, and pitiful broken-up fries in my bag makes me never want to go to the Bayou location ever again.

Each time that me and my family go into Chick fil A, we are always treated as family. The staff is always pleasant and accommodating. I especially love going late afternoon when Miss Linda is working the dining area. She is a very special person and loves interacting with my niece and wants to know how school is going for her. She is definitely an asset to this location.

Order 2 grilled chicken clubs to go. The buns were hard or stale, the cheese was not even the least bit melted and the chicken was actually cold. The waffle fries at best were luke warm. Usually a sure thing with this location but absolutely failed today!

Worst chikfila experience of my life. First the guy was so focused on selling me extra cookies that he didn’t hear me say I wanted a 12 count meal. Then we get to the window and they make us pull up and wait for 15 minutes. When they bring our food, of course, there’s no drink or fries. I had to wait even longer in that to come. All because the guy that took my order couldn’t listen. Terrible. I won’t be coming back to this one.

Edit: the cookies are horrible by the way. Not worth it.

The drive-thru at this location has become extremely inefficient and, at times, unsafe. Employees should not be responsible for directing traffic, especially during peak hours. As someone who uses the mobile drive-thru on lunch breaks, I often spend more time trying to access the correct lane than actually waiting for my order. Recently, I witnessed a collision between two vehicles—one attempting to enter the turning lane while another was passing—highlighting the safety concerns. I understand this is beyond the control of store-level employees, but I hope corporate or district leadership is actively evaluating a solution, as the current setup is no longer effective and the restaurant appears to have outgrown this location.

Fastest Chikfila I’ve been to. Super friendly staff. The only reason I dropped off visiting is a lack of a playground and my children being feral and I like to actually enjoy my food in a brief sacred bit of quiet.

The drive-thru traffic pattern is absolutely horrible. If you need to get out of the parking lot you have to pretty much go through the mobile drive-thru order. I spent so much time trying to get in here that I didn’t have time to actually order food to eat.
