My wife wanted French onion soup for dinner tonight, so we decided to go to Blondie’s to try theirs. It was at the end of the day on a Sunday, just before the kitchen closed, but everyone was still helpful and friendly. I got the French onion soup too and the salmon dinner since I was much more hungry. The waitress was excellent and the food came out in a reasonable time. They had several beers on tap so I got one and my wife got a hot chocolate with peppermint schnapps to keep us busy. We both thought the French onion soup was very good but not quite the best we’ve ever had. My salmon could have used a piece of corn bread to go with it. For some reason they go great together, in my humble opinion. Also, the side Caesar salad was very tasty especially for being at the end of the night. We enjoyed the fireplace and will be coming back to try some other things when we get a chance.

Fellow patrons: YOU MAY WANT TO AVOID EATING HERE. It was a great place when it opened, gets a lot of hype since it was nationally featured some time ago, but the quality of food and service is abysmal now. There have been food quality issues with my last 4 orders. It doesn’t help to speak to management directly, I’ve tried several times. The salad they deemed perfectly fine to serve, was the last straw; see pictures. It was expired, all leaves encased in slime, tomato rotting, really a wonderful sight to see when you get home with your order. I don’t care if you’ve worked there a decade or a day; it is common sense and respect for your customers to NOT serve them expired food. These days we’re all in short supply of money, so when I decide to drop 40 bucks, (which has an automatic gratuity for pickups btw), on a meal, you can bet that I expect it to be better than what I can make at home. Not only was this not as good as running up to the store myself, but after numerous issues and no reconciliation, I take it as an insult and an unnecessary risk to my health that this establishment was knowledgeable and ok with this leaving there kitchen for me to eat. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSE. This establishment should be PROMPTLY reviewed by a qualified inspector. Regardless, they have definitely lost my business. I wouldn’t even take a free meal, lest the chance it sends me to the Dr/ hospital. Dine somewhere else that has respect for their customers; they don’t deserve your business.

I had a wonderful lunch at Blondies Food and Spirits with my mom. The Chicken Caesar Wrap was PHENOMENAL and the service was spectacular. The owner even stopped by our table to check on us. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

Food use to be great. I gave them up when they changed the chicken strips & sauces. Wife still likes the meatloaf so she still orders there until tonight. $22.00 for takeout meatloaf and side of mashed potatoes and this pathetic salad. Do better Blondies!

I’ve been here a handful of times over the years and it has been delicious every time! The host/greeting team is eager to get you seated, and Koria, our waitress during our most recent visit, was absolutely wonderful! She was kind, patient, and eager to answer questions as half of our party had never been before. They offer gluten free and vegan menus too! This is definitely a gem of a place; I absolutely recommend you give them a try!

We stopped in here because we saw they had a vegan menu. It was midday in the middle of the week, so there were only a few other customers. Somehow, it still took a long time to get service. The menu had a huge variety of food, including the vegan menu. The sweet potato fries were delicious. The roasted root vegetable flatbread was good too. I got the Mediterranean wrap and added chicken, but it lacked flavor and was a bit dry. I had high hopes because the menu descriptions were great, but none of the food met those expectations. Except for maybe the vegan cheesecake . The atmosphere looked cool though. They have live music and improv nights, lots of TVs for sports and a bar in the back.

A nice find in Flint! They have a full vegan menu, a full gluten-free menu, and a conventional menu. I appreciated that there is a separate dining room from the Tap Room. The service staff was knowledgeable, accommodating, and fast. Well worth the visit. A place my partner and I will stop at again when we are in the area.
Pictured are the BBQ Jackfruit tacos (with cabbage, house-made vegan cheeze, and onions) and house-made chips that were so thick, I couldn’t eat them all. My partner opted for a salad with vegan ranch and some vegan mac ‘n’ chez. We started with the pretzel sticks with chez sauce.

My fiance and I stopped here for the first time on our way to the airport in Flint and we will definitely be going here anytime we fly out of or into Bishop! We’re not vegan or gluten-free, but we looked at the menus just out of curiosity and were blown away by how big they are. The service was great, Emily was excellent. She was fun and very attentive and informed on all menus. Loved the cheesecake too! She recommended the pistachio with raspberry drizzle on top and YUM, is all I’ve got to say. Can’t wait to come back when we come home from vacation.

We had my husband’s 75th birthday party at Blondies this past Sunday. They did an amazing job, the waitstaff was excellent and took care of every need including separate tickets. The food was delicious, we highly recommend Blondies for special events or just a great meal.
