This Chick-fil-a is honestly the best in Jax. The food was hot & they didn’t give us crumbs for fries. On the kids chairs they have place mats to use. Staff is super attentive & helpful. And the environment was super clean even during lunch hour. Loved it.

Becky, the associate who rang up my order, and Jim, the manager, truly went above and beyond. Their customer service was outstanding friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. This is hands down my favorite Chick-fil-A. The restaurant is always clean, the food is consistently amazing, and the team makes you feel welcome every time. Huge thanks to Becky and Jim for making this visit exceptional!

We were at the Hospital and I had not eaten all day. I went to this location yesterday and it was the worst I have ever eaten. The fries were so salty they were inedible. Then a take a bite of my sandwich and it was so bad I ended up throwing both away. I couldn’t even stand the smell in my car. So I stopped and put it in a garbage can. So gross. Will never go here again.

I stopped in close to closing time and the staff was very pleasant and kind. Our food was fresh, and even though a couple of small things were missing, I understand it was right at the end of the night. I really appreciate how polite and helpful the team was. I only asked for my receipt so I could get my Chick-fil-A points, not to fault the staff. They were great, and I would happily come back to this location.

God sent Chick-fil-A. One of the best chicken dishes I have ever had, it is as good as the service here. And the sauce is indescribable. Had a lovely time; too bad we do not have any locations in Europe.

Always a good experience, but this time specifically, Bry was exceptional. She said she had only been there for two weeks and was able to handle my complex order with ease and continue to provide quality customer service.

Owner probably won’t read/respond nor action this review, but the fry portion you guys give is laughable. Constantly short changing. Other reviews have mentioned this as well but nothing has changed.
