The customer service is great! They get your order out fast. I had the breakfast mini chicken meal. I don’t like the minis at all. The chicken was tasty but the bread was bland. The potatoes were mashed and coming apart. I am going to try something else.

It’s lunchtime, and as busy as they were, their service was amazing. Everyone was extremely attentive and friendly! Anthony along with the other three drive thru workers for sure deserve a raise! They handled a line wrapped around the entire building like champs and got it down in less than three minutes!

I love coming to this place and will continue to come. I never have anything bad to say about them. Only one thing bothers me here is that they do not clean children’s play area at the end of the day. It is crucial to have that space cleaned, so children wont pass dirt and germs. The dust and dirt is all over that room. They have so many people who are working there and I do not understand why they cant keep the play area cleaned. Its just so nasty in there and I wish they would change the rules and make staff clean it every day. I hope someone can see this post from Chic fil a in Thomasville and express this concern. Otherwise, the restaurant is the best and everything else is outstanding. I love chic-fil-a.

I TRULY LOVE CHICK-FIL-A! I believe they have one of best customer service in the food industry! I travel a lot and I stop in every city and in my years of travel, I had encountered maybe “three ” bad experiences, but overall they have my business! This location is one of the best. The dinning, floors, windows, bathroom and service counter are clean. The FOOD it is always on point…GOOD/Yummy! I always stop in the morning or afternoon and every time they provide a SUPERB SERVICE! They greet you with gladness and make you feel good! I LOVE the diversity in this location! To the Manager and staff please keep it up! You guys are doing Outstanding!

We were greeted upon entering, and twice while we were eating ( inside at a booth) servers stopped by and inquired if we needed anything. Best service ever for a fast food restaurant. The place was so busy on Sat morning ( the 2 car lines wrapped around the building) but employees took orders from those who were outside in car lanes. Inside Chick-Fil-A, the wait time for our food was very reasonable and the menu items were tasty. There are little vases with flowers on each table- an unusual and pleasant touch. There is a separate child’s play station area which is great for families with young children. Overall, very favorably impressed!

Everything was amazing, the food was delious, the deco was cute and the cashier Jade is really nice and friendly. As soon as I walked inside she had a welcoming smile and she is overall really great.
