Well her first time here in the area went inside. It was kind of slow. Our waiter was fantastic. It seems we got there. Can’t wait to our table. Got our drinks. Took our order. Order wasn’t very long at all. Everything was hot, fresh, fantastic tasting. I mean what an experience. Definitely recommend this to anybody that was in the area that wanted Mexican would go again

The Spanish vibe was strong. The food came fresh and hot. The server was sweet. The kitchen manager came out to greet us, too. It was a great meal with a good friend. It’s definitely worth stopping in and checking it out.

Where do I start??? Service was terribly slow! It took 20 min to get my margarita. Food over an hour. Server was sweating all over himself. My food came out cold then when redone overcooked. My husbands guacamole on his plate was dark brown from setting under the warmer so long. My kids shrimp were black on their plates. Oh and I seen the server pick up a dropped chip basket from the dirty floor and put it back in the pile of baskets to be used. Do not recommend. This used to be one of my favorite places to eat when we visited family in Greenbelt, it has went way down hill!!!

What an incredible achievement experience! The smothered burrito, steak fajitas, the mini corn dogs for our little one and the street corn. We loved it all. Beware, the street corn is not real Mexican corn. It’s just charred corn on the cob, drizzled with some mayo based sauce and sprinted with some chili and cheese, Not covered. But the refried beans were just as great as black beans and the rice was very flavorful. It’s our second time here and everything was perfect. But we came on a Friday evening around 8, unaware that the place turns into a bar with a lively following so the noise from Drunk patrons was kinda too much for us with a 8 year old. But overall, it was a great experience and we can’t wait to return, granted, during earlier hours. Our waitress, Enija, was phenomenal. When we return, I hope we have her again. She was kind, attentive, patient and very knowledgeable. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

Atmosphere is unique but decent. Ordered Tostado salad…it was meh. Requested elotes was advised comes only on the cob. Requested that the corn be cut off and placed in bowl or cup with all toppings, was told no (huh?). My drink wasn’t brought to me until I was almost done with my meal. Watered down. Another drink was inadvertently brought to me. You tell me how this location should be rated?

I went with my girlfriend and ordered some ribs with fries while she ordered a steak fajita which was cooked to perfection and just superb, then we both ordered Black Diamond margaritas and had a great night just talking a reminiscing. I couldn’t thank Jason enough for the excellent service and tips on life and our current life problems. Had to come on here to say that I appreciate it because we live far and with getting another job we been really busy but I hope he sees this. Definitely deserves Five stars if not more.

What can I say, such excellent service with our waitress Catrice. We had our staff holiday party, and the manager Jaere made sure we had more than enough space and accommodations. If you want a great place for a large party definitely check out Chevys Tex Mex in Greenbelt, Md. Definitely a welcoming and lively atmosphere ✨️ ☺️.

Food was burnt. Told the waiter and the manager both said that that’s how it comes. I told them I hadn’t ate a meal today because I was looking forward to eating at Chevys. Wasn’t offended for it to be remade nor given a discount. A plate was given with a chip on the side that was sharp enough to cut your finger. Noticed lots of meals going back to the kitchen and some just taking it with them. I also noticed the manager had to speak with a lot of the customers at different tables. Once it was time to pay for the meal, the waiter said that he apologize and admitted that the food was burnt. Still no discount nor did they offer to replace it. Very disappointed and do not recommend this location in Greenbelt, MD.

I love Greenbelt Chevy’s! Been coming here for years but this time want to show some extra appreciation to our server DJ tonight! She helped us celebrate my sons birthday, with a free dessert, serenaded us, and gave us all free hats! My kids loved it and the food was hot and fresh. enjoyed every bite, thanks again DJ
