I’m in Valdosta about once a month and typically need a few hours of laptop time around lunch. I’ve made it my routine to stop in at this chick-fil-a for a sandwich and work time. They have the best service I’ve ever seen. They are always so nice and keep my cup full with refills every 10 minutes. Good wifi and reasonably calm inside despite serving hundreds of customers. Very well run location.

First time eating at this location, usually I eat at St. Augustine since that’s closer to me. My fries were soggy and looked dark/had black, burnt ends, as if they were overcooked. They were still hot but didn’t taste good. I order a two piece tender and one tender was half the size of the other, regularly sized tender. There should’ve been another small tender or just two full sized ones. My small lemonade was so abnormally pulpy, as if I got the very last bit they had & all the sunken pulp had run into my cup.

I don’t like the sandwich always dry, but I see breakfast is where it’s at if everything else was close I might come back staff friendly always clean restaurants it’s Kool just not my go to restaurant. I have been here 4 times since the remodel/reopening and EVERY time, it takes FOREVER to get my order! Before the remodel, I could get in a line wrapped around the building and still have my order in 15 min or less. This morning, I pulled up with only 2 cars in line and STILL had a long wait. The customer service is subpar to say the least and definitely not up to the usual Chick-fil-a standards. I really hope they get it together because this is one of my favorite places to eat, but this location is starting to change that. Maybe they need to temporarily close back down for more training or to figure out the flow of the order processing because there seems to be some confusion.

I understand that they recently reopened this store, but they have some serious issues with efficiency. 10 employees up front, no customers in the lobby, and they can’t get an order out in under 10 minutes. Manager all over the place giving breaks and cutting up with employees rather than expediting food. Not up to chick Fil a standards what so ever.
