I go to this chick fil a twice a week because I love chick fil a and it’s the only one close to me. But this is by far the slowest and worst chick fil a on the planet. I’ve had to wait 30 minutes for my food multiple times as well as leave the drive thru because I was waiting for 15 minutes before someone took my order. I’ve been to way busier chick fil a’s during peak rush hours and got my food way faster than this location. Everyone who works there is super nice btw. But you could go to this location and theres only 3 cars in the drive thru and it’ll take 25 minutes for your food and you won’t get any of the sauce you asked for and they might give you the wrong sandwich. Every time there’s a mistake they always honor it and give me a free whatever they forgot which is good but dang they’re slow.

I started coming thru drive thru in the mornings a few times per week. My drink has been wrong 3 out of 4 times. The receipt was correct every time, my drink was a Large Unsweetened Tea. Once I got sweet tea, and didn’t notice untilI got to work. Next time they tried to hand me a regular size, which I let them know it’s “Lg”. Window employee then handed a large sweet tea. This time I (luckily) tasted it at the window, so they remade it for the 2nd time that same trip.

I have been coming here for years and have always loved this location. Food is always wonderful! The last 5/6 months over the last 3/4 times I have been, we have waited way too long on our food. I use to come a couple times a week but because of the wait we go elsewhere but have given them more chances. Multiple people in line with me had to bring food back from drive through that was wrong and people dining in have been waiting over 20 minutes for their order and one for a milkshake. Not sure if new management has taken over but whatever is it, it’s terrible. I’m not the one who ever leaves reviews but I will not be coming back to this location anymore!

Several issues with this location. First, they won’t let you order extra crispy fries, which is a common request and only involves a small effort? Booooo. Their fries are hardly ever crispy enough and I never finish them for that reason! Secondly, they won’t allow you to order a small combo with a medium or large drink! This is absolutely standard! The manager that rang me up and told me this was Jenna, and said the only way she could do that was to ring everything up separately. Never heard this at a Chick-fil-A in my life!

We went there about 20 minutes before they closed and this young lady was very rude through the intercom. She yelled at us and was laughing at us. Then while we were trying to order she started talking to her coworkers. Overall the worst experience I’ve had. The young girl wouldn’t give us her name or I would’ve said it too. I would not dine here. Any other location is great! But this one is actually trash.

Came with my extended family and while taking our trays from the manager, Austin (who was bringing our order for eight people, the champ), I spilled some of the fries and Austin immediately offered to get us more. Made us feel very special and enjoyed our food after a long day hiking in the mountains.

I bought one of the mystery cups from this location and the girl handed me the cup and said this is how they come I didn’t think anything about it when I got home I opened it and the bag was already opened I googled it and they are supposed to come sealed this location someone is checking the cups they were even talking about how they were going to buy the cups and wee discussing if they were allowed to buy them and one of them said if I can’t I’ll get someone else to for me
